    Thanks for refreshing my memory without a long winded explanation . I wish more people would just explain without all the needless talk

    The one I have needs the LVA to be reset each time I connect.
    I discovered that if I "long press" on the desired warning voltage, it will remember that value.
    I set to 3.4 for ordinary LiPo's and 3.5 for Graphene LiPO's since their voltage can stay high then drop quickly at the end of a long flight.

    Why can't some videos like this one be to the point, without unnecessary info and not repetitive. This one could well have been half its length and got the info across equally well.

    Can the monitor be left connected to the pack in storage without draining it down if the leftmost ground wire is disconnected?
    I'm looking to use it use for a momentary battery check without haven't to connect and disconnect it each time. A pushbutton for the ground lead to turn it on maybe, but that's only if the unit doesn't draw power from the cells in that case.

    Is it set only once for the minimum voltage alarm threshold (let's say we set it at 3.6 V) or does it need to be reset every time the battery is plugged in?

    So my lipos are 2cell 2700mah 7.4v - so, how would I set these for my batteries? What would be the cut-off minimum voltage for using this?
    Thank you!

    Wait? So do you land your quad and test the battery, or do you just let it dangle of the battery while flying?

    • @maddy232853
      @maddy232853  7 лет назад

      Yes flying quads or planes with this device attached. The alarm is pretty much loud. You can hear the beep easily from more than 80 meters distance.

      Maybe math is not its forte.
      Seems easy enough to get a tie breaker by getting a dmm and actually measuring the voltage while connected.

    How much is the safe voltage for lipo in minimum load, i set mine to 3.70, is it safe?

    • @maddy232853
      @maddy232853  4 года назад

      Yes it is safe, but do not let it go below 3.0 V you may not able to revive it again then.
