Dr. Chetana Pendkar - Pulmonology and Critical Care Specialist

Dr. Chetana Pendkar, MD is a highly-skilled, fellowship-trained and board certified Pulmonologist and Critical Care Specialist with Bellin Health. She provides lung care and treatment for her patients both in internal medicine and while in a critical care setting. Dr. Pendkar comes from a family of medicine, as her father worked as a CT surgeon and her mother as a nurse, and utilizes her skills and background in medicine to help heal and improve her patients’ quality of life. She has the ability to perform various bronchoscopy treatments, including the use of robotics and advanced diagnostic procedures.
Dr. Pendkar also performs lung cancer screening and diagnostics, quality of breathing and asthma care, and provides treatment for patients with lung and pulmonary disease. She does her best for the patients and families she treats, providing advanced medical care and an understanding of the body so they can live by their values.

She enjoys everything outdoors and spending time with her husband and son. They also enjoy gardening as a family and exploring new hiking trails and campsites.
