I screws tho the bottoms and tops of f the shelves into the timbers I also put some screws round the base of the uprights on an angle counter sink them in and covered with plasterboard 👍🏻 that’s awesome drop me some photos of your progress dude 👍🏻

How deep are your shelves?
You should mate I’m well happy with mine. The shelves on the tv side are 550mm deep the other side are 400mm deep
