Here's a piece of trivia about Donna Beneviento that you didn't mention in your video: The song that plays in the second part of the Beneviento House, when you have to find Angie, is the French child song "Promenons-nous dans les bois", a popular song here in France that is usually sung by kids when playing hide and seek, or playing tag. The lyrics are: "Promenons-nous dans les bois (Let's take a walk into the woods) Pendant que le loup n'y est pas (While the wolf isn't there). Si le loup y était (If the wolf was there), Il nous mangerait (he would eat us). Loup, y es-tu ? (Wolf, are you there?) M'entends-tu ? (Can you hear me?)" The choice of this song is very appropriate in this moment. The mention of a "wolf" is due to the fact one of our names for "playing tag" in France is "jouer au loup" (litteraly: playing wolf). The "wolf" is the person who is supposed to seek, find and catch the other children (the song is usually sung by the other kids while they're searching a place to hide in, thus the lyrics). It's indeed very fitting here, since this boss fight is basically a deadly hide and seek game with Angie / Donna, and it nods to Donna's twisted attachment to her childhood. The irony is that Ethan is the one playing the role of the "wolf" here, since he's the one looking for Angie / Donna and chasing her. In other words, it's like Angie / Donna is singing it, thinking about Ethan trying to find her. Of course, it's a creepy version of the song, which is also appropriate for Donna and her state of mind. My grandma used to sing this song to me when I was young, yet I somehow didn't realize it was this song playing in the background during this stage despite the fact I'm French (it's actually hard to catch, unless you really pay attention to it). But it's a very nice touch from the developers, and now that I cannot unhear it, it brings back memories. Also the baby was indeed a hallucination, like most of the things that happened in this house, because of Ethan breathing the yellow flowers around the tombstone. I hope anyone who reads it found this interesting! I love your content, Ink Ribbon, thanks for keeping up the good work and research!

For random Easter eggs, I think there was a reference to evil dead in bio hazard because when Jack picked up the chain, saw he says " GROOVY" so basically I think that was a nod to evil dead
The way that Capcom crafts the world for each installment, allowing for a balanced amount of realism and comedic relief is the number one reason why Resident Evil is so successful. Most game companies try to completely bury their mistakes, but Capcom capitalizes on them as a way to stay in touch and in flow with current pop culture, but not too much that it becomes cringey or interrupts the believability of the setting. I was blown away when Heisenberg called Chris a boulder punching asshole.
Another fun fact: The director from Frankenstein's Army wanted to sue because of the propeller monster. He felt it was a ripoff of his work. Not sure what came of that.
Yea they shouldn't have did the modern movies for inspiration. Shinji mikami got away with it with George Romero films because it was already about 30 years after
That last part was genuinely interesting and sounds like an improvement in a few areas (Factory and House) on what we got to be honest. Surprised you didn't mention the connection between Rose and Eveline though but oh well I still always enjoy these fact vids of yours dude, so thanks!
I didn't knew Mia grew distant to Rose and left her eventually so BSAA took care of her. It just shows she wasn't a good person as much as she wasn't a good mother. Even if Rose was difficult that's not an excuse. XD It makes the decision to save Zoe instead of her easier. XD
From what i read, Rose was taken into custody after or a little before she started elementary school because of her powers, it says everywhere that she raised Rose very lovingly up to that point, but by the time of Shadow of Rose Dlc they had grown apart.
Are you forgetting "COMPLETE GLOBAL SATURATION" and other gems like that? Or the fact that Wesker turned from 'murican to forced evil bri'ish? Gimme a break
12:10 Regina Rose or Red Queen is a nod to the different computer systems in the Resident Evil franchise. But this could also be a reference to Nero's sword that shares the same name in Devil May Cry 4 & 5.
One thing I notice in one of the development video, there’s a few seconds of what looks like the lady dimitrescu boss fight but looking at it more, it’s the unnamed priest mutated form, the model looked detailed but without its textures, it’s kinda interesting knowing that they gone pretty far with the development of some things that were cut
Some other deleted stuff I've heard about 1) Elena was going to have a much larger role (Confirmed by her VA) Rumor is she was going to be the late game switch and Heisenberg was going to stalk her in his factory which is why it's so twisty. Also why Elena has that line about "I hope you can meet your family again" When Ethan NEVER MENTIONS HIS FAMILY TO HER. 2) Someone on tumblr managed to find a deleted cutscene of Ethan and Mia talking in their house. Shesez/Boundary break found the house loaded in the Eveline section so it was probably there. They are talking about how to Ethan's wedding ring which is probably why it's so prominent after he loses his fingers.
I can see why they decided to kill Elena early. They didn't want tondistract you with a character that follows you around. The game is about Ethan trying to save his family
I'm actually amazed I haven't played 8 yet. I liked 7 a whole lot and still mess around in the remake of 2. Being a new father I wonder if some of the themes would hit harder than they would a couple years ago, so maybe I should chill on it for a while.
Ironic how the Duke references the Merchant from Resident Evil 4 with his iconic "What are ya buyin?" line, and now the voice actor for the Duke is set to voice the Merchant in the Resident Evil 4 Remake.
I remember my friend (who died young) bought RE when it first came out... Virgin music store in the Square shopping centre... I'll never forget being in his house playing it when the dogs burst in for the first time... We were screaming! 😂 I got a PSX that Christmas, primarily for TR2 and FF7... I had a Saturn... Anyway I got the Directors Cut to get the demo for Re2 mainly, and picked up the Saturn version of RE. It was cool and had extra content... I had strategy guides in magazines and I found something on my 56k dialup but how the HELL do you finish in under than 3hrs??! Especially with Chris! 😂 We barely played him! Ever since then I been a huge fan. I played everything.. From the awful Survivor games, to the surprisingly good Dead Aim... Over the last decade I went through a hard time... Heroin and crack addiction, prison, homelessness... I lost touch with gaming. Your videos have been an INCREDIBLE way to experience, learn, catch up and enjoy the Resident Evil stuff I have missed. I love learning about games I've not played, picking up on lore and Easter eggs, differences between versions, cut content etc...you are a wonderful part of the community and I love how much you research, explore, explain, figure out and put your own opinion and thoughts on to each video. You have a great way with presenting them with the graphics, editing, script, audio, clips you use etc... Its all AMAZING. I am very grateful for all the work you have done. I'm getting a Switch for Christmas off me mam(I'm 38 I know but she still spoils us!) and the last RE game I played was 6. So I'm going to pick up the 0/1 pack (I LOVED both of them on the GC), the Revelations pack... I can't wait to play those games... They seem really fun and really an important part of the lore. Also the characters and enemies and gameplay seems fantastic... Finally in going to pick up the triple pack.. I had 4 on the GC and PS2 and I genuinely LOVED 5!...I really enjoyed Leon and Adas campaigns in 6 and to be honest... The other campaigns were fun to play and it's one hell of a big package. There's lots of bang for your buck... I really am excited like a kid again and I can't wait to play them... I heard that Re2/3/7/8 will be available on Switch via cloud gaming but I am not very optimistic... I definitely will pick up a PS5 in a year or so or when they make a slim and enjoy the games properly... Sorry for the rant but resident evil is something that has been a part of my life since I was 13... I feel human again after everything I went through and I really can't wait to play them again and experience all those games and moments I have missed out on. Also the Ink Ribbon community is incredibly cool. You guys are all awesome and I learn so much from you guys too. Wherever you are.. I wish you a happy holiday season and a great new year 👍 From 🇮🇪
This brings a tear to my heart, I'm glad you have such fond memories like that if your friend and especially for a series like this. My childhood memories of RE was being absolutely terrified. And ironically enough it's what made me love the series. My most played title was 2 as I emulated it and beat it countless times then I got it via PS1 classic on PS3 and beat it even more. Although first game I owned was 1DC that my childhood friend gave me (albeit it was only the disc but still) Fast-forward to now and I basically own every title you can get on modern hardware.
@@SHADOMEGA7569 Thank you so much for your lovely reply. I really appreciate it. Same as you, I played 2 the most. I thought it was great to have the whole A&B scenarios and differences in the characters gave it so much replay value. The fear that the game gave you made it so memorable! The dogs of course but another moment that sticks with me is the first time you encounter a Hunter! Or when you first see Yawn! In the brilliant remake the Crimson Heads totally freaked me out! I ordered the Revelations pack and can't wait to check them out. The gameplay and stories seem cool. From watching speedruns and longplays I really think that Capcom reinvigorated the series with 7and 8. Despite all the Lady Dimitrescu memes,(and scores of naked mods!) Village looks spectacular! I am looking forward to getting my raspberry pi emulator set up and then I'll be able to play stuff like the original trilogy and Dino Crisis on the ps1 and Code Veronica on the Dreamcast. Or even the very good N64 version of RE2. Oh have you ever checked out the fan build of RE 1.5? Some fans have been building, coding, finishing the cancelled version of RE2. I remember seeing the screens in magazines and then the game we got was completely different. You can download the rom free and play it on a psx emulator. It's fascinating to see what could have been.

Here's one more for the list of easter eggs. In Otto's mill, you can find an item named, Father Nichola's Angel. This is a reference to the popular 3 Flavo(u)rs Cornetto Trilogy, specifically the second movie: Hot Fuzz. This is an odd choice of reference as the first movie: Shawn of the Dead, was inspired from when Simon Pegg played a character who took some speed while playing Resident Evil 2. However, Father Nichola may have been the name of the priest who was cut from the final version. Not sure about that last part, but it is fun to think about.

I have to say that I definitely did love seven I was skeptical at first because I felt like they were stranyed away from what resident evil was zombies and biohazard monsters but after playing it the story and the characters grew on me and then come to find out it actually is connected to all the resident evil series in a way. At least it was better than part 6 part 6 felt like a lackluster there wasn't no scare just pure action and that wasn't what resident evil was about
@ Yeah 7 was a revival of the franchise. After RE5 & RE6 which weren’t necessarily really bad games but they were just action focused and no horror/scare at all. So 7 was a reboot to show everyone that the RE Franchise is still a Horror franchise and they did a great job on it

I’m thinking Mia distanced herself from rose because she probably had a hit on her, she worked for a criminal organization and they would not let her live with everything she knows.
8:30 Watching romance films was as close to romance as Moreau was going to get with him experimenting on innocent people, being a mama's boy for Miranda and his deformities.
Fun fact: the scream when you hear when entering the castle. Is negs scream from the horror game dead by daylight. And i think around this time they did a new collab
I always thought it would have been dope if Leon came in to the story near the end if Ada wasn’t cut and he had to use his experience from re4 to help Ethan and Chris
I'm actually kinda sad Ada didn't get her role in Village. It would have been cool to have her have a role in Resi that didn't overlap with Leon. I feel like it could have given more insight into her and been a cool development of her character. And I say that not really being all that fond of Ada (she's a solid, strong character, just not my personal taste personality wise)
And here's several trivias about Moreau's name that you didn't mention in your video, so I thought I would add them. Moreau's name is very relevant with what he is and how he looks like, here's what's interesting about it: - First of all, Moreau is a regular and very common name in France. I personally know several unrelated persons named Moreau IRL, including my former chemistry teacher. - "Eau" is French for "water", which feels appropriate for the fish-like character. If you push it further, "Mort" being French for "dead" (or "death" when it's a noun), you can notice "Moreau" sounds exactly like "Mort-Eau" which is close to "Dead Water" in French. That said, a grammatically correct way to say Dead Water would be "Eau morte". - Perhaps even more relevantly, Moreau sounds a lot like "Morue", which is a French term that carries two meanings: it's the name of a fish species (Cod in English), AND it's also a way to call ugly people (usually ugly women because it's a feminine word). Moreau being considered ugly, both of the meanings of the term "Morue" define Salvatore Moreau pretty well, which makes me think it was done on purpose. - Moreau is also probably a reference to Well's The Island of Doctor Moreau, which you mentioned in your video. It's again appropriate since we're talking about a work about human-animal hybrids, pretty much like what Moreau is. - And finally, to complete a fun fact you talked about, with each Lord representing a different European country (with more or less subtlety), Moreau enjoying watching Romantic movies and eating cheese is a parody of stereotypes around us French people (thank you Capcom ahah). Just like my comment about Donna Beneviento, I hope English speakers will find these trivias interesting!

It’s always funny when I watch these videos and don’t see anybody mention the RE7 Chris Redfield model. I almost think I’m the only person that ever found that easter egg. The RE7 Chris model appears as a corpse. In the area where you first meet the Duke, where the paths branch off to all the Lords. There’s this small spot you can run to for a collectible and it’s sitting on a small case where there is a corpse. It’s RE7 Chris. I literally only found this because I had received a very important text I needed to answer. When I answered I realized I accidentally aimed my camera down. So when I looked back up I freaked cuz there was “a random person standing in front of me”. Only for me to look at it and then realized it looked familiar. Got a good look at it and laughed and said “Son of a bitch…. That’s the unwanted Chris model”

Here's a piece of trivia about Donna Beneviento that you didn't mention in your video:
The song that plays in the second part of the Beneviento House, when you have to find Angie, is the French child song "Promenons-nous dans les bois", a popular song here in France that is usually sung by kids when playing hide and seek, or playing tag. The lyrics are:
"Promenons-nous dans les bois (Let's take a walk into the woods)
Pendant que le loup n'y est pas (While the wolf isn't there).
Si le loup y était (If the wolf was there),
Il nous mangerait (he would eat us).
Loup, y es-tu ? (Wolf, are you there?)
M'entends-tu ? (Can you hear me?)"
The choice of this song is very appropriate in this moment.

I gave you a like BC for one you taught me sth , but more so BC you transfered -some(i don’t think all but some!) emotion , wirelessly-through text -on the internet :D impressiv :) besides , i just feel the moment of getting sung to by your (parents-my mama in my case :)) , my grandma used to read bedtime story‘s to me and you reminded me of that 🙈(also my mom singing :Frere schakre, dor me vu??? Idk how to spell ig but i think you know it xD) but there was a story (in a small book) my „nana“ used to read to me : about a wolf who played -hide and seek :) with a few animals , idk ghe details but in the end he is deeply sad BC he got tricked into thinking that ghe Snow(rabbit)man -is a real rabbit and was all allne in the woods. I remember the picture of him . I felt sad for him dispite, me hoping that he won’t eat any of the Animals(actually animal kids) but he looked so saad :‘( , thank you Mr.French xD
Kind regards from Austria :)
Btw my uncle was serving in africa and told me that all the french , were avoiding any form of contact, if possible with austrian people . He said it is due to WWII, is that true?:D i am just curious, i am no no nazi :D but i am a curious person by nature , especially on history, specifically my own(family) history… and it happens to be that most of my dead relatives , were living in austria at that time , sooo they were nazi‘s to some extend…
@@maxidrozd5107 Hello thank your for your comment.
Well, to answer two of your questions:
The song you're talking about is "Frère Jacques, Frère Jacques,
Dormez-vous ? Dormez-vous ?
Sonnez donc les matines ! Sonnez donc les matines !
Ding ding dong ! Ding ding dong !"
And about our relationship Austrian people, this is absolutely not true. We have no problem talking to Austrian people, or having contact with them. Same with German people. WW2 is waaaayy behind us and there's no tension with those areas. :)
That’s actually very interesting and a new piece of information that I’ve never heard about! Thank u
After these games baby's crying will leave me with ptsd
OMG😨
12:20 the Regina Rose wine translating to Red Queen in Romanian may also be a reference to Devil May Cry as Nero's Sword is also named Red Queen
Or it could be a reference to the movies
a AI in the Paul anderson movies is also called Red Queen.
@@MarinetteDupainCheng564 the red queen also appears in Umbrella chronicles
At this point, I dunno who is referencing who
For random Easter eggs, I think there was a reference to evil dead in bio hazard because when Jack picked up the chain, saw he says " GROOVY" so basically I think that was a nod to evil dead
The connection is obvious though
I didn't knew Mia grew distant to Rose and left her eventually so BSAA took care of her. It just shows she wasn't a good person as much as she wasn't a good mother.
Even if Rose was difficult that's not an excuse. XD It makes the decision to save Zoe instead of her easier. XD
From what i read, Rose was taken into custody after or a little before she started elementary school because of her powers, it says everywhere that she raised Rose very lovingly up to that point, but by the time of Shadow of Rose Dlc they had grown apart.
Heisenberg is basically what happens when you cast Jim Carrey to play Wesker
yeah, he was a little over the top imo
Are you forgetting "COMPLETE GLOBAL SATURATION" and other gems like that? Or the fact that Wesker turned from 'murican to forced evil bri'ish? Gimme a break
It's the same voice actor for Nikolai in 3remake. It sounded to close to Nikolai but with a Nicholas cage accent attached
@@adrianinha19Nah
It's ironic that they were going to use cameras as save points, given Ethan's uh...facial condition.
Some other deleted stuff I've heard about
1) Elena was going to have a much larger role (Confirmed by her VA) Rumor is she was going to be the late game switch and Heisenberg was going to stalk her in his factory which is why it's so twisty.
I'd never noticed that bit with Elena talking about Ethan's family! nice catch!
Na play it it’s way better than 7
8 is amazing, I haven't felt this connected to an RE game since RE4
Damn I'm actually sad about Ada missing, she looks so badass.
She's too busy saving Leon to be in this game.
I always find out new stuff in your videos!
Thank you for your hard hard hard work. It's not taken for granted.
Hard work? He just reads it from a wikia. Not very hard unless you’re lazy
Ironic how the Duke references the Merchant from Resident Evil 4 with his iconic "What are ya buyin?" line, and now the voice actor for the Duke is set to voice the Merchant in the Resident Evil 4 Remake.
I hope the merchant mention Duke that would be awesome
"oooooh, yeah she really is bewitching with those giant.........garden shears. Right. That's what I was thinking too."
I remember my friend (who died young) bought RE when it first came out... Virgin music store in the Square shopping centre... I'll never forget being in his house playing it when the dogs burst in for the first time... We were screaming! 😂
I got a PSX that Christmas, primarily for TR2 and FF7...
Although first game I owned was 1DC that my childhood friend gave me (albeit it was only the disc but still)
Fast-forward to now and I basically own every title you can get on modern hardware.
You sound really fun! You talking about how you got to know resident evil reminded me of myself. I used to watch my older siblings play resi. I used to sit with them and enjoy the gameplay, albeit feeling scared. I still vividly remember when resident evil 4 dropped (2005) and how my eldest sister and brother used to play it together in the dark. I was scared shitless but excited at the same time. I couldn’t play survival horror at the time (i was 6) because of how scared they made me feel. But now I have played all the games and continue to do so with every new installment, down to the last resi, being villager. I hope you get to play all the gamesbe you have missed and enjoy them as much as I did. It’s a good thing to hear about getting your life together and beating addiction. Good for you my fellow resi fan!! ❤❤❤

7:20 Moreau, HE'S THE BEST!
That real life castle… wow
The abcd names could be an homage to the alien series' androids names. Ash, bishop, call, and david.
4:09 Also her changing the subject when Ethan mentions Dulvey because Miranda didn't know what happened there.
I really wish they had fish monsters as the unique enemies for Moreau! Would've really hammered home the Lovecraft vibe.
After everything Mia had been through, I'm really surprised she abandoned Rose later in life
She didn't. She raised Rose until 5 approximately, before she was taken by Chris.
@@PlayfulFruitLPer Not how the video made it out.
@@mkoll8828 Indeed, I haven’t played Shadows of Rose DLC yet so I’m super surprised to hear Mia abandon Rose after everything they went through.
@@AgentSmith939 she didn’t. Rose was just taken into protective custody and she hasn’t seen Mia or Chris in long while! That’s all that’s mentioned about Mia. Nothing about her abandoning Rose.
The fetus reaction was priceless!
Your spanish voice/accent is marvelous, Kyle. Grande, como siempre 😊

I've only just noticed how hard it would be to create anything on that typewriter.
Bro. I'm shocked that Bloodborne wasn't mentioned here. The beasts scream Yharnam and the hunt. Heisenberg screams Father Gascoigne, and his hammer is basically the Boom Hammer from the Old Yharnam DLC.
So more allusions to Lovecraft?
Here's one more for the list of easter eggs. In Otto's mill, you can find an item named, Father Nichola's Angel. This is a reference to the popular 3 Flavo(u)rs Cornetto Trilogy, specifically the second movie: Hot Fuzz. This is an odd choice of reference as the first movie: Shawn of the Dead, was inspired from when Simon Pegg played a character who took some speed while playing Resident Evil 2. However, Father Nichola may have been the name of the priest who was cut from the final version. Not sure about that last part, but it is fun to think about.
16:30 the ghost family is fucking awesome. They should definitely explore this concept more.
So i was always right if someone is crystalised then they can be ressurected.... so duke literally has the remain of 4 boss monsters and is part of a merchants organisation consisting of him, the merchant, and possibly other unknowns...
Which means alcina can return and hopefully have a brawl with or team up with the great croc crusher Joe Baker!!!
People not liking the Scares in RE7 is dumb 🤦🏽♂️ it’s a survival horror game. If you don’t like it don’t play it. No need to complain when fans like us enjoy it
I have to say that I definitely did love seven I was skeptical at first because I felt like they were stranyed away from what resident evil was zombies and biohazard monsters but after playing it the story and the characters grew on me and then come to find out it actually is connected to all the resident evil series in a way.
So 7 was a reboot to show everyone that the RE Franchise is still a Horror franchise and they did a great job on it
Sadly they really removed some good stuff like the village leader boss (Heisenberg'sfather) and Ada but still it's an amazing game! Some stuff are so creepy that I'm glad they didn't include.
Great video! Been waiting for it patiently and I've been rewarded it's so full of great info.
Ada only shows up in Leon games.
@@KnightBX she's a mercenary where B. O. W is you'll find her, despite the fact that she only shows in Leon's stories.
I don't think the bandaged wound on the doll is supposed to represent where Ethan cut her in 7. Rather, it's over the areas she, or rather, her doppelganger, primarily gets shot at the beginning of the game
Awesome video, Kai! :)
Red Queen is the name of Nero's sword in DMC...unless someone already stated that.
Resident evil village was originally going to have that flashbacks were we play a character From medieval times it would’ve been cool
adding 3rd person was the best step capcom ever did, it makes the game more approachable for an old school RE player like. thank you capcom. hope they did it to re 7 as well
Just finished watching the video, and man, the original story sounded so much more appealing than the final product. They did RE8 dirty, big time.
This was so good! Thanks for making!
Roman numerals VIII age …they sneaked 8 in there hehe
Been waiting for this thank you so mucn kai
12:17 this probably just me reaching here but this could also be reference to Devil May Cry. The sword Nero uses is also called the Red Queen.
Ink ribbon ur videos make me smile and laugh on my darkest days I can’t wait to see your play through of resident evil 4 remake when it comes out next March I also can’t wait until Lisa’s back ❤️ keep up the amazing content ❤hope you have a merry Christmas and happy new year
Let's face it, Karl Heisenberg actually called himself Heisenberg because of Walter White.
Please , talk about how Core Design went through crunsh by Eidos. I heard that CD want to develop TR3 in 2 years , but that is answered by a NO by Eidos and they want it to be released within 8 months! Also TR4 was originally planned to be released on ps2 and Angel Of Darkness on ps3!
Loved it Kai keep up the good work
2:33 . What the heck bro? This sh*t is 100x more scarier than the "fetus chase" in re village. It's so unsettling man, I can't describe it with words.
I’m thinking Mia distanced herself from rose because she probably had a hit on her, she worked for a criminal organization and they would not let her live with everything she knows.
Clocked RE8 for the first time yesterday
GODDAMN I NEED TIME TO PLAY AGAIN, I LOVED IT
8:30 Watching romance films was as close to romance as Moreau was going to get with him experimenting on innocent people, being a mama's boy for Miranda and his deformities.
A ghost family would’ve been 1000 times cooler than a doll maker.
Great video as usual 👍🏼
So around the 1:00 mark, you’re telling me village isn’t that scary because all the kiddies playing 7 said it was too scary 😭
The original story sounds bad ass!
A lot of concept from original was awesome
All this talk of secretion is really doing it for me
I didnt really like this game on my first play through, but the more I play it, the more I really enjoy it as a bold move for the franchise
The look of The Duke was based on Steven John Assanti. Look up the video Steven John Assanti falls of golf cart.
Thank you Kai for your content)
Love the videos! But what is this 'water' I'm supposed to drink? Some kind of exotic mixer?
Fun fact: the scream when you hear when entering the castle. Is negs scream from the horror game dead by daylight.
And i think around this time they did a new collab
I always thought it would have been dope if Leon came in to the story near the end if Ada wasn’t cut and he had to use his experience from re4 to help Ethan and Chris
"Watching romance and eating cheese before meeting Ethan "
Same bro.. same
Very nice video guys, fair play.👁☣️☘️
I'm actually kinda sad Ada didn't get her role in Village. It would have been cool to have her have a role in Resi that didn't overlap with Leon. I feel like it could have given more insight into her and been a cool development of her character.
And I say that not really being all that fond of Ada (she's a solid, strong character, just not my personal taste personality wise)
In Brazilian’s portuguese dub the duke’s voice is the Peter Griffin… and it combines perfectly
I never played this game but lol the way they have Chris on everything, you’d think he was the main character lol
Finally!
And here's several trivias about Moreau's name that you didn't mention in your video, so I thought I would add them. Moreau's name is very relevant with what he is and how he looks like, here's what's interesting about it:
- First of all, Moreau is a regular and very common name in France.
The Red Queen wine may be a reference to Devil May Cry (another Capcom title) where the secondary protagonist Nero wields a motorised sword called the Red Queen
Outstanding video many thanks 😎👍
14:24
Ah, I see what you mean.
The dragon boss lady should've been a big spider. Would've been amazing seeing it crawling on the castle.
Chris is not with the bsaa, he's with blue umbrella
He’s with the BSAA he only worked with blue umbrella in 7 for that one mission
@@ethanmaturin5860 no he doesn't, in village he literally says "what are the bsaa doing here" as if he doesn't work with them. He is with blue umbrella but he makes it known he doesn't trust them
Watching Ink Ribbon’s video before playing the DLC…I can’t help it! 😩
I also think Lady D was also inspired from that Hungarian killer, Elizabeth Báthory.
I know you did a vid on Lady D already but you should definitely do facts videos on the other three lords.
How do I get the hiserbreg mercianys
You probably already know this but Lady D does have one gothic literature influence in her design, that being Dracula.
One other very good detail is the vehicle registration plate on Chris's car: it is a Romanian one.😊😊😊
Is shadows of rose the only dlc coming ?
Maybe. We don't have any news if there will be another dlc
Happy to be first to my Favourite REtuber
What is with Resident Evil always leaving creepy zombie children on the cutting room floor?
They shouldn't have cut any of that out. It sounded awesome
ada being in village would've been cool I think they would've made it work somehow plus I just miss her since the last entry we saw her in was re 6 and well re6 is bleh so a modern ada in a new game would be neat
There are plenty of beautiful places to explore, like the inside of lady- I mean castle dimetresque.
I might be wrong but Ethan and Mia weren't watched over by the BSAA but by blue umbrella
Fascinating stuff but what I really want now is a horror game involving the ghost children and their faceless parents!
Can anyone tell me If this spoils anything from Rez 8's new DLC? I still haven't played and don't want to be spoiled.
do Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City next
