Interesting how Heisenberg straight up allowed Ethan to live when he could have killed him so many other times. Honestly if he wasn't trying to weaponize Rose, he could have become a dangerous ally.
Given the fact that Ethan blasted miranda with conventional firearms and explosives, both buddied up would sweep the floor with that bitch without weaponizing the kid.
@@artificerdrachen6908 they probably would needed rose in the equation anyway because if they just straight up gutted Mother Miranda who would have been able to bring her back to life not to mention that Rose drained Mother Miranda’s powers when she was revived as well.

I also hate how he was killed. The dude literally had Magneto powers, all he had to do was fling the rover thing that ethan was using to the moon and that would be the end of that
What I love about Heisenberg is how he is Miranda's greatest accomplishment, but he hates her the most, and Moreau is her greatest failure, but he loves her the most
It's a nice psychological touch. Moreau saw the dedication Miranda orignally had for the other three lords: giving Lady D three daughter, giving Donna the ability to bring life to Angie and her other dolls, and giving Heisenberg his metallic and genius gifts, but she didn't give Moreau anything special, so he has always been looking forward to this present that he might get, a present he saw his 'siblings' getting, but he never got it- he still conciously hopes for it however, even though he's fully aware the other three are 10x stronger and better than himself As for Lady D, she owes her motherhood to Miranda, so her loyalty comes from her greatest gift, liken to Miranda's image as a mother to Eve. Donna also got this gift in the sense she, unlike Lady D, could create this life. You can see in the intro sequence how her and Angie interact as more mother and daughter than creater and created, much like Miranda, the creater, and the 4 lords, the created Now Heisenberg sees his gifts as his birthright, not anything additional. See, Donna has an inborn ability in dollmaking, and Lady D with her large growth. Heisenberg sees his eletrical body as his inborn ability, but unlike Mareau, is clever enough to deduce how Miranda is keeping the others in check through this emotional manipulation. This is likely in reference to the closing of the Heisenberg factory, he knows this sort of maniplation from those who took everything, so is now impervious to it. He wants revenge to stop the manipulation, whether for selfish reasons or for his siblings also.
The worst part is he was the smartest one and the only one that wanted to work with Ethan, he really could have lived if he offered to save rose instead of using her
@@walkerpersonmanthing5052 I mean he made it super fucking obvious when Ethan is right to infront of him. It would’ve been easier if heisenberg didn’t do that

@@Preposter- It’s obvious from Heisenberg’s point of view. But Miranda is the only chess player. The four lords were just pieces on chessboard. She had complete understanding of her game. Which means a trap was likely set for him. Once Heisenberg initiated coup. Remember. The cryptic old lady was actually Miranda.
I'm guessing Heisenberg found the notes in Miranda's lab and that's how he learned that all the lords including him were just failed experiments and intended vessels for Eva's consciousness.

He could have been such a cool companion, but then again, who says he wouldn’t have tried to kill us in the very end? Still, he has that, how do I put it… redeemable energy around him
If you wanna see him in another game being a super smart asshole with a god complex he’s also Elijah Kamski in Detroit: Become Human (and Gavin so there’s the Hobo fashion)
Anyone else think Heisenberg is like the coolest character in all of resident evil? It's just something about how he acts he comes off as a little bit socially awkward but with the way he carries himself and his looks and cool power, It all just makes for a really badass unique character.
Nah I feel like the guy from re6, who can transforms into a trex and other monsters and still be able to go back to human form albeit looking like a puzzle is up there.
Definitely, Heisenberg is my favorite character in the Resident Evil franchise. His powers are so unique and have so many applications, and his posture and attitude towards most things strikes me as simply “not giving a shit” really wish we could’ve played him for the main character trying to kill mother Miranda. Imagine all the power moves you’d be able to pull.
It’s his voice I enjoyed most. Slightly over exaggerated yet somehow realistic. I found the balance perfect. Easily one of my favourite voices from a game, I think second only to MGS Solid Snake if you ask me.
Imagine if Heisenberg would've been a little more cooporative and Ethan just a bit less hot blooded, like in the end we still killed Miranda without using Rose at all, how badass would it had been if Ethan fought Miranda alongside that mechanical god Heisenberg
Tbh Rose did weaken Miranda as she says my powers are fading. If Ethan went up against her before that he would probably lose. I do wish we could've teamed up though would've been comedic and badass.
Honestly, I wish that really happened. Ethan and Hiesenberg didn't really have to be enemies. But the plot descided they do. It sucks. Specially since Ethan destroys Miranda single-handedly, it makes you think why did you have to kill hiesenberg, couldn't the two of you just get along?
The separation between heisenberg and the other lords is that he is still sane, his judgment is just clouded by his anger and desperation. He also didn’t kill people, he took corpses that had been made and turned them into his army.
His own notes directly contradict this: he started out with corpses but when those proved to be incredibly fruitless he started going after... fresher prey.

He did all this in an attempt to not have Rose be perverted, he wasn't gonna let anybody use her as a bioweapon, even for the greater good.
@@perc8044 The fairytale hints to that as well. In the book, when the girl takes the cog from the Iron Steed, which she thought was another gift, turns out to be a trap when he summons the other monsters and the witch to capture her. Had Ethan cooperated with Heisenberg, the gift of a pact to take down Miranda would later be his misfortune as he would've been backstabbed after Heisenberg got rid of Miranda. Still, it would be an interesting scenario to see. Capcom should definitely make extra content about the four lords
@Porco Galliard this is what every one is ignoring about. Heisenberg will betray us and use Rose for his own desires. Like shut up about accepting his offer he'll betray us on the spot like whealty from portal 2.
I actually would have found it really interesting if the game actually gave us a choice to join Heisenberg. It would’ve made a really interesting ending in my opinion, especially the fight with Miranda. It would’ve gave him more dimensions as a character. He had a lot of potential and how interesting he is. Wich brings up a lot of questions of how everything would’ve played out if Ethan could join Heisenberg. It would’ve been a really big plot twist. I actually sympathized with him , and personally I was really disappointed with the way he died, It was maybe not that fleshed out as the others? I found the tank ,with wich Ethan fought Heisenberg personally unnecessary and unfitting... (plz don’t attack me, this is my personal opinion and it’s okay if you don’t agree with me!) All he really wanted was to be free, wich made his death even more upsetting. :(
Although it would have been a good idea, I think the ending like this in the final game is better. I don't feel like a lot of things like Miranda's lab and all her information, Mia and maybe, although I don't know how the story would go at that point Ethan's plotwist would be lost. Well, it's my opinion.
I was thinking it would’ve been really interested if they did alternate endings working with and without heisenburg. I had a weird level of sympathy for him
We were meant to have sympathy for all of them. We killed the three daughters which devastated the lady, Donna lost her entire family, was mentally broken and lonely, the fish guy just wanted Miranda’s love and acceptance, etc
We already had all of Rose’s parts. We didn’t need to fight Heisenberg, we didn’t even need to acknowledge him anymore. Ethan murdered him for no reason.
@@LethalMonarch well in defense of ethan, the dude got manipulated to go to the factory all for heisenberg to be like “haha i want to use your child as a weapon to get revenge on Miranda”

Same. I said this on a different vid and everyone called me dumb because he "died" so u shouldn't expect him in another game. I was confused because he could be rewritten in a story easily or even show a "prequel" on how he came about. I would love to see him fight alongside Wesker
So from what I heard by an Ig artist named Pipaipie, Heisenberg has been helping Ethan the entire time. Not just his segment of the game but throughout the WHOLE PLAYTHROUGH. Think about it: Heisenberg used yellow paint to create signs telling Ethan where to go to get to the factory. But, the crates and barrels scattered throughout RE Village are also painted yellow.
@@boeuf-in9oe in my opinion, heisenberg did not want Ethan to die, because if Ethan did, his plans to overtake Miranda and take rose for himself would be foiled. So he placed random crates and barrels filled with ammunition and supplies so that Ethan could fight and survive long enough to come to Heisenberg's factory, in which Heisenberg's plan would begin
And i thought that the yellow paint was in general a hint for players. I might remember wrong but wasn't there yellow paint in Biohazard too? And if it Was true that Heisenberg had been helping Ethan the entire time, it would be really cool.
@studentwolf1538 I have minimal experience at bedt in relation to the series, but I do think Yellow markings, paint, tape, etc, are generally used to signify useful items for the player
It was always noteworthy to me how when you make it to Heisenberg’s factory he mentions how he thought Donna or moroa would have been too much trouble but not dimitrescu. Meaning he had more respect for those two and their power than he did for the lady vampire dragon and her daughters.
It's funny how Ethan doesn't want her daughter to be used as weapon to stop Miranda, but we pretty much sure that she WILL be a weapon in the future......
In the last scene, there were snipers aiming at Rose, this is what I understood when the caller told the driver that she was a clear shot, meaning that they were afraid that Rose would lose control of her abilities, but Ethan recommended Chris to raise her, so our hope is Chris's presence and to note that Eveline's defect is that she is rapidly aging while Rose is faultless, so it was a good fit for Miranda so I think she really is naturally old like any human, so I hope Chris is not old too. I have a question: How does the driver know Ethan? I think he was a child when Ethan was alive When did he meet him?
Ikr. And he tells Chris to teach her to be strong. I'm like are you telling Chris to turn your daughter into a weapon when you didnt want her to be? Bad writing.

All he cares about is saving his daughter, while all Heisenberg cares about is getting out of Marinda’s subjects crew to be free (based on how he talks to Ehtan). They both actually needed time to actually discuss. But due to Heisenberg’s short temper actions, I think Ethan made his rightful decision for declining his deal. @@maj0rsquish Dimitrescu, Moreau and technically Heisenberg, yes. - Dimitrescu becomes a dragon, and Lucifer as Satan has been described as becoming a dragon to fight Michael. - Moreau is a fish-monster and his true form can be seen as The Leviathan. - Heisnberg is a stretch, but the archangel Metatron was actually a mechanical angel. - Beneviento, I don't know how to make her fit.
@@chaoticneutralsheep While it is a decent comparion, I'm trying to keep it to the "Biblically Accurate Angel" motif, or just angels in general. The most I could think of was Beneviento being Apollyon, Lord of the Abyss, and the dolls are the swarm of locusts at his command. Lady Donna's manor has basement levels which are extremely dark in the blackout, similar to the pit from whence Apollyon dwells.
I absolutely love that Heisenberg tries to convince Ethan to join him, rather convincingly as well. It's adds so much more depth to his character and the game and I found myself sympathizing with him a little bit, but we all know if he used Rose to kill Mother Miranda he surely wouldn't just give that power up and would probably betray Ethan. Definitely a great idea from Capcom, instead of just having all the villains be one tone murder machines. Loved it.
If even Heisenberg wanted to kill Ethan with Rose's powers he couldn't cause she just makes all the mold creatures weaker (it's a theory I heared). Even if it is not the effect she gives, she literally just gives nothing. And also Heisenberg is not a person to kill someone without a reason, I can tell just looking at the scenes when Ethan comes to kill him - the reaction was not "oh, dear, I will kill YOU " but "just go away and don't interrupt me".
I read somewhere that Heisenberg doesn't use living people but use already dead ones for his army unlike Miranda who performs experiments on her subject even while they are still alive, which gives me a vibe that Heisenberg does have a little semblance of empathy however twisted it may be.
I remember some of the notes were talking about his experiments in getting his creations to work to begin with. He was having trouble getting enough energy to reanimate the corpses and power the weapons, and considered trying a living specimen, but the very next page had him gleefully describing how he got the cadou heart reactor working well, so it didn't seem to come to that. Also, one of the concept art pieces was him leading some grave robbing to acquire more bodies for his army. So it seems he wasn't against using living people, and I definitely believe he'd kill anyone that inconvenienced him (and maybe more, considering how much zeal was oozing from him when he captured Ethan in his introduction and got to send Ethan into the death run). But in the end, living subjects seemed unnecessary for his goals, so it appears he didn't use them. Heisenberg is such an interesting mix of deplorable villain and hints of humanity.
Man his voice is so damn good. It’s cool and distinct but also kinda comedic and over the top. Hyde actors performance is incredibly memorable. I wish Heisenberg had a bit more to do in this game.
@J F It's actually the Transatlantic accent that was popular in the United States back in the golden ages of Hollywood. It's very fitting to Heisenberg, who is intentionally theatrical in the way he speaks and walks!
funny thing is if Ethan wasn't so quick to hostilities he could have easily negotiated with the willing Heisenberg to join sides w.o using Rose as a weapon, Ethan's own attitude cost him an extremely powerful ally that even Miranda refers to as Ethan's "Lead" in the fight.
The only part I disliked about RE8 was Heisenberg's deal, or rather lack thereof. Heisenberg was obviously pretty smart and charming, he had a good point and reason to help Ethan. Why would he mention using Rose as a weapon if he truly wanted him in his side? He knew how devoted Ethan was to saving Rose, if he didn't mention using her as a weapon and tricked him at the end not only would it have been been perfectly in line with his character but also it would have made me for a very interesting game. Can you imagine teaming up with him, maybe even playing as him like with Chris? How amazing would that have been
IMO, Heisenberg has zero emotional intelligence... which is understandable, I guess, given his situation. He's a genius mechanic, but pay attention to how he speaks. Its literally like a kid: "shut your hole! ugly ass doll! dont be a sore loser! lets grind miranda into a paste! etc". When Alcina calls him a child, its not out of nothing. Karl is almost naive in the way he speaks. He's quite upfront about his intentions (except of course, telling Miranda he wants to kill her ), don't think he understands what it means to love a baby (or anyone), so he's just honest with Ethan.
I feel like that "Esscence" line might mean he can be revived? I mean, his organs are electrical and it doesn't necessarily look like his head/brain was destroyed... meaning he could possibly Frankenstein himself (pun unintentional yet appreciated) back together?
The Megamycete stored dead people’s memories, which is why Miranda wanted to use it to bring her daughter back. So he was basically referring to how his memories will be in the Megamycete. That’s until it was destroyed lmao
Its a shame you had to kill him, it would be more interesting if they gave you a choice to go with Heisenberg, plus he is one of the most interesting characters in the game
I honestly wish that we could have been given the option to side with any of the four lords to try and defeat Mother Miranda together to see what alternate endings could come up.
I doubt Ethan would cooperate with him. Why would he ever trust anyone there, when even Chris, the one who was in charge of his family's safety, betrayed him. His only goal was to save his family. Not trusting a mad german with electric powers who has a metal army that wants to kill his crazy mutated mimic "mother" was always be the right choice...
@@PacificViceroy Moreau has too much of a Stockholm Syndrome towards Miranda. I feel like he needs to be persuaded by another lord to get him to side with us. Heisenberg is too obvious to think about. Dimitrescu could be persuaded if we don't kill her "daughters". Beneviento, aside from Heisenberg, is one of the few that can be reasoned without having to fight. However, the change would need to happen when you find Angie for the third time. Linger on the doll for too long and suddenly the hallucination flickers, revealing a scared Donna, bleeding and begging for her life. That's when the option should be given to either spare her or kill her. The option you suggested would be better if we could also persuade any number of them (or even all), just to see their interactions with each other or even dialogue as you progress through the story.

What I love about Heisenberg is how he is Miranda's greatest accomplishment, but he hates her the most, and Moreau is her greatest failure, but he loves her the most
It's a nice psychological touch. Moreau saw the dedication Miranda orignally had for the other three lords: giving Lady D three daughter, giving Donna the ability to bring life to Angie and her other dolls, and giving Heisenberg his metallic and genius gifts, but she didn't give Moreau anything special, so he has always been looking forward to this present that he might get, a present he saw his 'siblings' getting, but he never got it- he still conciously hopes for it however, even though he's fully aware the other three are 10x stronger and better than himself
As for Lady D, she owes her motherhood to Miranda, so her loyalty comes from her greatest gift, liken to Miranda's image as a mother to Eve.
Donna also got this gift in the sense she, unlike Lady D, could create this life. You can see in the intro sequence how her and Angie interact as more mother and daughter than creater and created, much like Miranda, the creater, and the 4 lords, the created
Now Heisenberg sees his gifts as his birthright, not anything additional.
I feel bad, he died before he could take his revenge on the one who made him feel like a monster

unlike Miranda who performs experiments on her subject even while they are still alive, which gives me a vibe that Heisenberg does have a little semblance of empathy however twisted it may be.

They shouldn’t dump him so early
His voice reminds me of Mullet Mike
@J F It's actually the Transatlantic accent that was popular in the United States back in the golden ages of Hollywood. It's very fitting to Heisenberg, who is intentionally theatrical in the way he speaks and walks!
ELIJAAH KAMKSII
NEIL NEWBIN I LVOE HIM SO MUCH
I don't understand why Miranda would consider male bodies to put her daughter's consciousness in. Imagine Heisenberg but with a little girl's mind lol
It's prolly because of Cadou parasite
My guess is that she grew desperate, in the game she wrote she tried with thousand of subjects until she found the four Lords
He's already like one
I-
What abt moreau
The sheer disappointment and heartbreak in Karl's face when Ethan declines him is so sad 😭
funny thing is if Ethan wasn't so quick to hostilities he could have easily negotiated with the willing Heisenberg to join sides w.o using Rose as a weapon, Ethan's own attitude cost him an extremely powerful ally that even Miranda refers to as Ethan's "Lead" in the fight.
Yeah, instead of insulting him he could have made a deal
yea ethan in general is such a bad charachter
Yeah but also what was ethans plan? who attacks basically magneto in a factory of metal? lol
@@ihx7 I wouldn't say bad, just really dumb at times
@@KillerGothChick exactly, it's just like venturing into the lion's den
I never noticed, but at 2:55, when Angie cheers « Fight! Fight! Fight! », Moreau starts hyping up too! God damn I love tiny details like this
Oh wtf that so awesome, from all the gameplay I seen and played the game myself I never known that
right
I love moreau he is so awesome
If you watch Donna, she and Angie gossip during the meeting
heisenberg would own alcina
I feel like that "Esscence" line might mean he can be revived? I mean, his organs are electrical and it doesn't necessarily look like his head/brain was destroyed... meaning he could possibly Frankenstein himself (pun unintentional yet appreciated) back together?
Not with the cadou destroyed
There are like hundreds of cadous in the village- in jars-
The Megamycete stored dead people’s memories, which is why Miranda wanted to use it to bring her daughter back. So he was basically referring to how his memories will be in the Megamycete. That’s until it was destroyed lmao
ok but am I the only one who find heisenberg incredibly attractive ? I mean his voice of course
As a straight male, you are absolutely not alone.
he is definitely fine 😳
Oh, no, he's attractive alright...
Wiiith the exeption of his final form...
@@qinjikofoxx5580 as someone who’d bang Lady D’s dragon form, I’d let Heisenberg’s mechanical for hit it.
Yeah, he's like the Lady D for the ladies. He's smug, confident, willing to play ball, a loose cannon, and highly intelligent.
Its a shame you had to kill him, it would be more interesting if they gave you a choice to go with Heisenberg, plus he is one of the most interesting characters in the game
Same. RIP Heisenberg.
@@chronicle_4 A good what-of scenario would make a perfect DLC. Ethan and the 4 Lords vs. Mother Miranda. Idk how that’ll go if Mother Miranda has control over their Cadou, but if she doesn’t, that scenario could actually be feasible

The fact that heisenberg acknowledged that Chris punched a Boulder in one of the previous resident evil games is just gold 😂👌🏼

So Lady D was an amazing character, however she was hard to sympathize with because she was still pretty evil. Heisenberg was the only character in the game where you actually feel for the guy. He was the only one of the 4 that really didn't want anything to do with Miranda and in his journal you can tell he is upset about her taking away his life and wanted revenge. Heisenberg also had a very cool story along with Lady D and I feel he was the character I actually wanted to side with.
idk why everyone sympathizes with Heisenberg. Sure he wasnt one note but he had a whole factory of human terminators on an assembly line. fitting parts and making mechanical demons...
Ethan kills Heisenberg cause he wanted to use rose as a weapon....
Chris and the BSAA “Heheh boi”

Man, he and Lady D got totally fucked by the "plot".
