Mine is turning this way too :(and they were gorgeous species.makes me sad.one turned orange overnight and died.tried hp but didn't work so I let it go.one more had leaves turning orange.I cut and spray and cut and spray.I keep trying.one more had two psb looking funky so I didn't take any chances and cut then off.but I don't know if the plants will survive either.it's just too hot here.I'm hoping against hope they try to adapt.

Super happy about the first 3 but soo sad and sorry about the 4th...😕 even tho i liked this video, I wanted to dislike it..not cuz ur video was bad by any means! (Ur videos are always done wonderfully!) Only cuz the outcome of the 4th miltoniopsis saddened my heart as well... maybe your with me on this, but I think It would be phenomenal if RUclips could add a few narrowing options to pick from after clicking like/dislike. Cuz that way creators would then have a quick + constructive way to see what viewers liked/disliked about their content, enabling them to improve on their channel without having to read thru every comment. Especially, if they receive hundreds of them a video or get some from people who comment negatively just to be cruel. What do u think?

Oh man, my miltoniopsis looks exactly like that last one in the video. Repotted it but the leaves keep going yellow-orange and the psdbulbs are quite shrivelled. Sad panda :(...

Quick question - did all of them not have any roots or did some have a few? I just received mine and found a snail. All of the roots turned out to be dead other than a few small sprouting roots. There is one new small growth on it with small leaves. How likely is mine to recover?

    • @MissOrchidGirl

As I remember they had none to just a few roots. Miltoniopsis are a bit picky, but they might always surprise you. Try to get rid of the snails, they will eat the roots. I spray roots at repotting for each new orchid with hydrogen peroxide 3%, that kills all snails and eggs :)

Mine is starting to look like that but I'm not giving up yet as there is one more bulb with healthy leaves but I'm wondering if I should cut the dying part and repot. Is it ok to repot now that it's November? It's still in the soil, I never repotted yet since I bought it about 2 years ago.

+Julie Taylor Hi, yes even if it is november, the media might not be suited and the orchid looks bad probably due to bad media. Yes try to cut the dying roots and portions, especially if they are rotting. Good luck with your Miltoniopsis!
