I think Richard Marcinko (creator of SEAL Team 6) once talked about how when they’d be en route to a mission, it was like this. Almost kind of laid back and casual. Guys would read books or listen to music, whatever it took to get their minds off what they were about to do.
Such a badass scene! Helicopters moving in virtual silence through the mountains and ultimately to the target. The music also created great anticipation even the outcome was known. The crash was the only mishap of course but still an awesome scene
The helicopters and the scene was like two apex predators in the crushing, opaque depths of the ocean trenches, swimming in total darkness and silence to hunt their prey. Truly a badass and immersive scene
'their heads must have been going crazy here' Nope, not even the case. Those people never become regular SEALs much less DEVGRU operators. What all of them understand is that: "Fear creates doubt, doubt creates hesitation, hesitation gets you (and your buddies) killed." If they allowed their anxiety or emotions to control them, they would become liabilities. So instead, they control their anxiety and fears by situational awareness, living in the present moment, and remaining focused only on what their decisions control in the present. I need to point out that these guys aren't entirely fearless, in terms of the absolute. A very small amount of fear can be a good thing. It prevents complacency and maximizes alertness and readiness. Ultralagger R.E.V thank you Kanye very cool!
Allen L ya it is. There’s still no leaked pictures of it and nobody has anyone’s how or what technology it was made with. I have a picture of it from the thermal camera of the predator drone and the movie got close
@@Amazonuser1717 I know what FLIR image you're referring to, and it's not a real picture, it's a promotional image for this movie
If you want to see what it looks like search"Arma 3 Ghosthawk" thats the one

What a scene no matter how we all know how it ends the anticipation on them finding americas most wanted man it feels like 2001 was only a day before this when watch it, ten years of build up to find the evil people who committed the worse act of terrorism in any of our lifetimes we will ever witness … 10 year man hunt imagine being the blokes to end that the feeling you’d have
"I got plans for this"
Haha making fun of Rob O'niel there lol
Is it just me, or does that music remind of Lotr?
Why are those choppers top secret?
I get to five from this, now.
I can barely see the stealth helicopters!! :(
Though I suppose thats the point of them.....
Are Blackhawk’s really that quiet in real life? I’ve been watching videos and they all seem relatively noisy compared to this scene
They're modified Black Hawk for stealth mission. Think it's called Ghost Hawk or something
Stealth Hawk sound alot quieter. Of course u can’t expect all quiet when near one but if u deadass sleep in the middle of night or u stand guard some 300-200m away, u might not hear it. That’s good enough for stealth element
At 1:37, play the soundtrack, "The Border" from Sicario.
Wh is the commander facing no threat wearing plate carriers? I know Hollywood. Still aggravating.
How couldn't they hear the crash....lol
How many people recognize 3:39 stay tight is a command not a motivational statement? You can only fire on known hostiles.
How they are able to enter a country like pakistan (despite what you think they are a country with decent military power) without any detection shows how stealthy the helicopters are
Obviously the SEALs are top tier but why no body giving credit to the woman who found him? Id say that was even tougher a job!
Isn't the whole movie pretty much about her work? except these scenes.
And she doesn’t exist … the character is a composite of multiple real life individuals that had a hand in tracking down the target … the fictional character is a vehicle of convenience to allow the movie to flow smoothly with a fixed point of reference …
Fun fact: all of their wallets say “Bad Mutha’ Fucka”
When are we going to see stealthy helos again?
@Jared F127 actually, stealth blackhawks were used again in a hostage rescue operation in syria in 2014
@Jared F127 well yeah, you were correct in that statement, I guess I should've been replying to the original commenter in the sense of his question about if they were used again or not, which they were
