Tony, your humility is just incredible! The more I watch Action Man (life-like hair/flocking, gripping hands) and Action Force (Roboskull, et al) I am indeed being swayed to the idea of Palitoy being the greatest toy maker in the world. Hasbro continues to abuse and destroy the brick and mortar action figure toy market. Where Hasbro failed to keep the line relevant in the 70s, Palitoy thrived! Even though the deal with Hasbro eventually lead to the R&D department's extinction, they were indeed some of the greatest minds of their time! You do great honor to the line by presenting beloved toys from your youth in such a way you are making adults and children alike fall back in love with a line that has been gone for approximately 30 years. Great job!
Wow! What a wonderful package George sent you. I enjoyed you reliving your youth as you opened each item. Tony you are dead on that us viewers in the States love to see anything Action Force. I just started collecting the line myself and am jealous of the completeness of the items George sent! Keep the great videos coming!

Theres no fakeness, acting or playing up to the camera, True joy and excitement with every item revealed from the box. Doing that for someone is amazing. Thanks George and thanks Tony for sharing.

I remember having some of the figures when i was younger, they came free with comics i collected back in the early 80's, in New Zealand. Brought back some fantastic memories - love the channel, keep up the good work. Cheers.
I had several of these figures. At The time to re-promote the line the figures were given away as a free gift with comics such as Roy of the Rovers and Eagle. The comic was around 25/30p whilst a carded figure would have been around £1.50. The figure didn't come on a card. It was in a clear plastic bag with weapon flimsy attached to the front of the comic. That week I bought several of the same comics as they had different figures on them. I recall getting a mixture of the Z Force and SAS figures. Best comic week ever. My best friend also bought Roy of the Rovers every week too and he didn't play with action figures and gave me his too. Excellent figures. I used them as my Endor squad to complement my Star Wars.
I tried that as a kid, rode 3 miles on my bike thinking if I went to the nearest town and scooped up all the Comics with free AF I'd have a nice collection for only a few quid, but for some bizzare reason they only had Mutons
Everytime I see something to do with Action Force, it makes me wish they were available in the States back then. Great video, look forward to your total review of this collection, and what a nice guy George is!

They aren't knock offs, Palitoy designed the first line of Action Force before GI Joe came out
Has George got a website or you tube channel???
petr jones no mate but I’m a regular on this channel
Here in New Zealand the only way we got any of the Palitoy figures was when Battle Action Force comic and the affiliate comics like Eagle, Tiger, Wizzer and Chips actually gave away FREE figures. It was amazing finally getting hands on them after reading the stories in Battle Action Force. We didn't usually get the Freebies from the Brit comics so it was a MAJOR surprise! Happy days. Still got them too. :)
If people are interested in seeing what Action Force is about , here's a link to where you can read the comics digitally www.bloodforthebaron.com/comics/baf/index.html
Phil Dalziel I remember getting them in the uk i got a couple but they sold out quick I got a space force captain and sas pilot
@@georgeaitken2719 It was amazing as like I say we never used to get the "bigger" freebies . Getting home from school on 'comic day' and finding them included was fantastic!😀 Needless to say I bought a few doubles of comics that week! Hunted for a Red Shadow and Black Major but I didn't see any or other Ironblood forces 😢 Ended up with Eagle, Skip, Leviathan, Quickfire, and Z Force infantryman😆
Phil Dalziel did that also have the figure poster and small book with the new action force toys
@@georgeaitken2719 Yes it did!
Phil Dalziel still got one of each it was the first time I saw the kraken and the new sas attack trooper
George, you are one evil man. You just made a man cry on his own video. :)
