Hi Armando, At this moment everyone who's vaccinated can enter Armenia without quarantine. If you're not vaccinated, you should have negative test for the latest 72 hours. Here is the website where you can check for future changes/restrictions: www.gov.am/en/covid-travel-restrictions/ Regarding customs - there is nothing special. Being on the crossroads of Europe and Asia, Armenians are close both to Europeans and Middle east nations with their customs and habits. It's a Christian country with tolerant, welcoming and friendly people. Hope you'll like your trip to Armenia!

Welcome to Armenia guys! ☺️ Of course there are Azerbaijanis claiming our capital city in the comments. Do you guys even know what it’s like to have thousands of years of history. No because Azerbaijan is only 100 years old. And the Azerbaijani identity wasn’t a thing before the 18th century. Now you try to take or falsify other nation’s history (Armenian, Persian/Iranian, etc.) how sad…
The history of the Irevan Khanate is an integral part of the rich material and cultural history that the Azerbaijani nation has been developing for millennia. The Irevan Khanate was one of the Azerbaijani states, Khanates, established in the wake of the collapse of Nadir-shah's empire in the mid-18th century. Currently the territory of the Armenian Republic, until quite recently - early 19th century - it was an Azerbaijani state of Irevan Khanate. The oldest indigenous population of this land was the aboriginal owners of the territory, the Azerbaijani Turks. The territory where the Irevan Khanata came to existence is one of the oldest Turkish lands. Hurrits, Cimmerians, Scythians, Saks, Huns and other numerous Oghuz and Kipchak Turks who were closely involved in the formation of the Azerbaijani people inhabited this region, in particular the lands around the Goycha lake, and left a profound historical and cultural trace. Significant historic events and processes described in «Kitabi-Dede Gorgud», a heroic epos of the Azerbaijani and other Turkic nations, took place in the territory of Irevan Khanate, in this area. The «Oghuzname» commissioned by the great ruler of Azerbaijan, Uzun (Long) Hassan (1468-1478), the «Kitabi-Diyarbakriyya» narrated that the warlord Oghuz, the predecessor of the Oghuz Turks, lived, died and was buried in this area, on the shores of the Goycha sea. The khan of khans, warlord Bayandur, and many other Oghuz Turk rulers also lived and died, were buried in these lands. The territory of the Irevan Khanate had always been part of Azerbaijan, from the most ancient times, excepting periods when the land was occupied by different invading empires. These lands were also one of the regions of the most close-knit Azerbaijani Turk community

Thank you Ellen, really appreciate it :) We are from England - Julia is Russian/British and I am British :)
I'm going to Armenia next month from July 9 to 16 2021 from Chicago. Any issues about Covid 19 testing in Yerevan Airport? Hopefully there is no hustle to entry to the airport. It's reallycool your video. Amazing!!!
Hi Armando, actually we didn't fly, we took the land border from Georgia. But we can say that at the land border everything was very chilled 😊
@@MattandJulia thanks so much for response 😊 I can't wait my trip in Armenia next month ❤

James Aharon, and Armenia is Azerbaijan. Therefore, by simple deduction Karabach is Azerbaijan.
Saadat Elsqarova did you know that many years ago Azberjan was armenian area.🤣🤣🤣
As a Turkish I love Armenia. I don't like Azerbaijan.
Wow! That is very surprising to hear considering so many negative comments below this video. It's really nice to hear, we love Turkey and Armenia a lot (and Azerbaijan too) ❤️
Amazing video.... congrats.... good job... I just loved it.
Thank you so much Carlos, really appreciate it 😊

Got to love that country that offers free drinking water to its citizens.
The mosque was mentioned, but 95% of Armenians are Christians. Armenia was the first country to declare Christianity the state religion, 301 AD.
The last seconds killed me😂
😉❤️😂😂
Thank you Serbia hello iz Armenia🇦🇲🇦🇲

Thank you ( Ali from Iraq )
Thanks Ali 😊
Yerevan is a beautiful city, but it is an ancient city of Azerbaijan.
What im from Canada Azerbaijan Founded 1918 Armenia old 3500 🤦
Cadillac is older than azerbaijan
@@zo9632 I do not say Cadillac. Yerevan is an Azerbaijani city. I am an Azerbaijani from Yerevan. The city of Yerevan was built in 1510. Armenians falsely claim that it is 3000 years old. Armenians have not yet arrived in Yerevan. After a while we will return to our hometown Yerevan

Great job .. enjoyed watching your visit into Armenia from Cali. Stay blessed 😎

Guys please don’t listen to the Azerbaijan trolls they will say everything bad about Armenia so tourists never come
We don't and we are sure that everyone reading those comments won't ❤️

Julia speaks fluent English with British accent and fluent Russian with Russian accent, wow...I take it she is Russian living in the UK?
Aaah thank you very much ☺️ I'm Russian, but have lived in the UK for the last 8 years (until we left last December) 😊
Isn’t there a GUM in Moscow? Is it the same thing? The GUM in Moscow is beautiful. Especially at Christmas.
Yeah, but the GUM in Moscow is full of all the branded shops and fancy expensive items these days, where is the GUM in Yerevan à bit more réal 😊
Thank you for the video❤🇦🇲, missing my country so much, can't wait for the other videos. Just subscribed!

It is the safest city on the planet. I’m glad you guys enjoyed it 👍
thank you so much 🤗
Matt & Julia, first I would like to welcome you to the beautiful country of Armenia. Enjoy your stay and have fun.
Secondly, I'm so glad that there are so many Turks and Azeris trolling the internet and watching videos about Armenia.
Lastly, I would just like to suggest for the Turks and Azers to learn history and mind their own business, look after their own country, talk about their own issues and comment on videos about their country.
Hi Antranik, thank you very much, really appreciate it, love Armenia, incredible beautiful and the people are so friendly 😊
We don't pay attention to any of hatey comments, pretty sure a lot of them are just bots, and if not then just very uneducated :)
@@MattandJulia The only uneducated thing I see here is not mentioning Agri Mountain belongs to Turkiye and yes it is called Agri so get your facts right.
Looks like an amazing city with trees 💚
It is actually so green, one of our favourite things about Yerevan 😍
Welcome to ARMENIA for more 🇦🇲💙
