Very helpful, this looks a great design to deal with ,& compared to some I have replaced in the past this looks quite simple to do using your helpful guidance. I intend changing mine today, thank you for sharing this.
John/Bert, just make sure you get the correct filter. There's two types and they can send the wrong one. I'd recommended having a look at yours to verify.
Road Warrior, I'm not sure if it made any difference from a sanitary point of view but the smell would make me not want to do it again. Perhaps a different scent might be an idea.
@@ORIGINOLINDIVIDUAL sorry, I misunderstood the question. It's something that's "recommended" every couple of years which could take place during servicing but it's "optional"

It’s like listening to Ken Bruce doing car repair 😅
Haha 😅
Brilliant video
Good video, subbed, did the air con bomb make any difference and was it worth the bother? must change my cabin filters soon.

Nice one. Looks like something even I can do!
It's pretty straightforward but make sure you get the correct filter.
Thanks mate for this video!!!
Very welcome.
Would help if you could put the model year of the car in the title. Cheers.
Sparkykevboss, I've edited the title, as per your suggestion, cheers.
is this included in a service by kia ?
Not that I'm aware of but there might be an option for cleaning the AC system at some point.
@@gtd65 i mean the pollen filter, i allways thought it was included in a service

Not normally, my kia dealership likes to charge £35 +fitting for this job, I always just buy a filter and do it myself, dead easy.
