Both sides ending up as a bloody pulp as the last of the Space Marines charge up the hill with the banner and plants it, and the ending with the heavy rain of drop pod reinforcements. Later I find out it was these the Marines literally burst out of in the middle of battles, I was young back then and didbt grasp the English language that well. But the Adeptus Astartes 'Space' Marines meaning I understood real quick with this kind of explosive entrance to battle. I've been hooked on the franchise ever since. That hooked ne
Tyranids v Ultramarines - battle of Macragge. Your epic voice and sound effects would be awesome. There's a part in a fortress when terminators, in a back to back formation, all die standing up because they refused to yield against unimaginable odds.
Ah yes the finale to the big 3. I wonder what ol' Baldermort has in store for us next week for wargear Wednesday. As much as I love the imperium It'd be awesome to see some big 3 equivalents from some of the other factions like Tau or Noise Marines
Aha! You seem to be experiencing the psychic awakening! We are indeed moving on to other iconic weaponry and wargear of the grimdark. The big imperial three are done. Now - lets start reminding others why its such a fantastic setting - the xenos weaponry and wargear is just as important ! Without worthy foes - armed to the teeth - what is the struggle of the Imperium? Nothing! We will go up a notch next Wednesday. Time to show what the marines go up against! :) Thanks for listening, brother Joshua, as always. :)
LOL! Yep - they are beasts if you think about it more than just the text. IMagine a drop pod landing on your head then disgorging marines - terrifying. :)

Jorge Rodriguez well, we did that with Landraiders. :). I can’t be bothered to sign into the Guilliman/Yvraine trope and we already did cover that with Laern - the Visarch. Maybe next year. :).
I have trouble thinking of what could be better than hurtling at the enemy and slamming into such a target rich environment! Getting so close, so fast, that the enemy have no chance to flee blade and bolter! No boring march from the horizon, no dull waiting to charge, no need to orientate or question identification, just immediate bloody slaughter. Wonderful, joyous slaughter!

Thanks for listening, brother Joshua, as always. :)
That little bit about the space wars was awesome
deployed drop pod killed 50 hereitic then the door opens
LOL! Yep - they are beasts if you think about it more than just the text. IMagine a drop pod landing on your head then disgorging marines - terrifying. :)
excellent as always.Russ approves!
Damn glad to hear it. ONe of the last people you want to annoy is the great wolf! :)
Thanks for listening, brother Rognadom, as always. :)
Cry Havoc, and let slip the Vlka Fenryka!!!!! TTFN!
Ma Lin but if Shakespeare, eh? Love it. :).
very excited to listen to this
NathanJackLouttit hope it brightens you day, brother. :).
Baldermort please do a guide on the different variants of drop pods and the different ways in which they are used and or even exited. Chaos vs Space Marine.
The Angry Marines Drop Ship should be a giant power boot!
Thanks for the videos! They keep my children and I entertained.
But Brother Baldermort, romance is Fun!
Jorge Rodriguez well, we did that with Landraiders. :).
I can’t be bothered to sign into the Guilliman/Yvraine trope and we already did cover that with Laern - the Visarch.
Maybe next year. :).
Once again an amazing video so captivating
Brotherhood Of nod thank you brother Nod. :).
Big Congrats to the 5k subs brother B
Schon 72 thanks, brother. :) :) :).
Baldemort: Make some time for fun.
Me: It will be done, my Lord!
Vojta Liška most important thing you can do - look after yourself. If you are strong, mentally and healthily, then you can help others. If not?......
so make yourself a priority too. Play! Enjoy yourself!
Ranty rant. Sorry. :).
Actual marines,... hahaha, this sounds like something real life marines would LOVE!!!
::Scratching his head the Primaris read the warning on the drop pods weathered side:: "You must be This short... to enter the ride"
lonegoat81 ROFL!!!!!!!!!!
Brother, I’m crying. :).
If you think about it, this is the most ork thing in Warhammer and it's done by the imperium.
"Become the dakka!"
"...time for health and safety" - only the Eldar and Tau have time for that bullshit.
Well, they have a lot more pressure on their populations. :)
Short and sweet. Keep it up sir.
Thanks for listening, brother Joel. Always. :)
Dude when you going to do the next psychic Awakening book???????
You didn't listen to all of this entry did you? :) LOL!
Mellortron Mellor but for simplicity’s sake - working on it now for a drop on Friday. :).
Ritual of the damned.
@@Baldermort I'll say it again you're an absolute legend!!!
Drop pods blessed steel rain to those that need them, scourge to those that don't.
Yep, but always dramatic. :)
lol that end bit
Fun is my middle name. Richard fun myhan.
Richard Myhan thank you for listening, brother fun. :).
Pleasure is all mine, brother. Besides, the emperor protects.
So good! I didn’t know drop pods had turrets! Do you think there’s enough source material to do a video on the boarding torpedos that astartes use? Those things are grim dark AF!
I'd have thought so, brother. For a short video. Always fun - boarding pods. :)
Baldermort's Guide to Warhammer aye a short one in the template of this entry. If remember correctly the book Fulgrim has a very good description of one in action. I think the part where they fight the combine
Does anyone run Drop Pods in 8th, and what are the best troops to run in it?
I do. I made a response on this one. :)
I use dreadclaw drop pods with my csm. Best units: combi plasma chosen and my double chainclaw contemptor.
@@gadzilla6664 That sounds really cool!
What happens to the drop pod after the battle is over? If it has a machine spirit, then it seems like a waste to dispose of it.
They pull them back up to the strike cruisers afterwards.
10 seconds into the video and I'm already enthralled
The drop podders need an extra ceramite plate to cover their massive brass balls.
That intro was epic!!!!!
Makaisonn thank you brother. Still trying to bring the verve. :).
Awesome video, Brother!
Weird question: Does Master Chief Drop podding into battle in Halo 2 making him a full Space Marine?
Your imperial propoganda... is amazing my hyujla
Lord Crabby thank you for listening, my Lord. ;).
Ork rocks do the same, and don't even brake to land! Ha ha ha! So there is more BANG for your teef. And then the boyscome out. (the ones still living.) To fight whatever survived the impact!
Absolutely true. But Orks have no, literally no, fear of death. They were never effected by Aza Garrod.
But it is definitely time we had some more greentide action on the site. Their time is soon. PA cycles round and perhaps the great Warboss will bring more fun! :)
Thanks for listening, brother Edvinsonn. :)
Wait wait, I call it Tuesday? Was that a call back to the street fighter movie they did?!
Can you imagine OHSA in 40k 😆
I gotta do a parody of that one day. :)
OSHA?! Sounds like heresy to me!
I love your work!!! Please stay the same forever!!!
Well, I was hoping it could all improve - with the help and guidance of the great community we have here - people like yourself. :)
Thanks for listening brother. It is very appreciated. :)
Send in the wolves !!
Indeed, Primarch. They do their job. :)
Thank you for listening, Lord of the Night. :)
Ofcourse he calls it Tuesday, comes from Tyrs dag , Tyr, god of war
Bjorn Almgren and Law isn’t it? Half lost to Fenris etc?
He do have some association with the law, yes
Bjorn Almgren phew. Glad all my knowledge of that sort of thing isn’t entirely gone. :).
Thanks for confirmation brother. :).
I rewatched this episode and it got me to wondering if Orks have ever taken control of an Astartes Battle Barge and descended down to a planet? Anyone got any answers?
I've not read that myself. Perhaps one day it will appear in the books, but I don;t know of any.
Anyone else?
Feet first into hell gentlemen.
FFFFFUCKING FURRIES??? Just kidding i love the Sapce Corgies!
B M aye, the puppies are cool. :).
I'm sure even they get shakes before the drop ;)
Express elevator to hell...Going DOWN!!!
STEEHL REEHN
Astoran hallelujah! Oh... wait a sec. glad I didn’t continue that one. Show tunes and old songs. A weakness. :).
Dad it's even worse, there meteorites falling down know whe are certainly doomed! No boy deliverance has come.
We need Orky drop pods!
They're called Rocs and Attack moons, aren't they? :)
I don't think the doors would open with hydrolics. Way to slow. It would be pnumatics or even more likely the doors would open with explosive charges.
When I see videos like this, I wonder what offended the single thumbs down. Probably some kind of Xenos or Heretic.
michael howell oh, it could be anything. I have a pet hater who down thumbs everything I do. It’s gotten to the point that I get annoyed when they haven’t bothered to down a video.
It could be someone who dislikes my accent. Is a fan of another channel. A personal enemy (who I don’t know about as I don’t consider I have any) it’s not worth worrying about. :). But thanks for sticking up for me. Some people are a big strange. Never down thumbed anything. I just move on if I don’t like something. It’s unimportant. Let’s just look at the good. :).
@@Baldermort dig it
I’ve got me a drop pod or 4 😂😂
Damn! Well I hope you get those bad boys out and bring holy cleansing wrath down on the xenos! :)
Thanks for listening, brother Ash, as always. :)
Oh, I believe brother Bohdan was asking about what to put in them. He is commenting on this thread. If you have the time, could you go to that entry and give him your opinion? Do say I asked you, if that is possible.
We have to help out our brothers where we can, is my opinion. My tactical acumen is not what it was. :)
I shall aid thy Brother, I like heavy hitters backed up by a tac squad
We want part 2.... TIDE POD LORE
Damn this one got me hyped up!!!!!!!
Sorry, but the most iconic thing in wh40k is the Bolter…..I have never heard of anything like that anywhere else….
Meltty meltty
I call it tuesday. Nice.
The codex astartes names this manoeuvre STEHL REHN
DROP POD ASSAULT IS THE ONLY ASSAULT!!!!
They still call it Tuesday in the 41st-ish millennium?
But for me it was Tuesday 😂
How do they retrieve the drop pods?
