The last one here is a web site that collects the data that you put in, like the web sites do when you are searching for someone. Example. Spokeo everything you type in is stored and used for the use of the web site...same as google , duck duck go etc. These site only have info from social media sites which have been selling your data since day one. Facebook, google plus, pinterest, all of them (except gab & mewe) You can not find anyone on these search engines unless they have been logged into SM accounts. I checked my grandmother's name , I searched, she was never on SM she does not come up on any search sites. Just something to think about before searching and giving knowledge free to a company whom will sell it to another, without your knowledge.
I've setup an account for my company with haveibeenpwned. Have not had any issues with them. They are a legit security company. The data they have is collected from known data breaches so when you search for your name or password they may have it because it was exposed from other sites. Was that the site you are talking about?
