I hate when I’m out in public maybe with someone else in a restaurant I’ll catch others staring at me for no reason , could happen anywhere on a train I’d be talking to someone like a friend and catch someone staring at me I also find it hard to speak loudly in public I tend to whisper or the words become strained and monotone , I feel people can spot I’m anxious or are judging my appearance, but I do try to sit upright and stick my chest out like you said the power posture
I need to start working on that because i leave with panic attacks for 5 years till now but start to get better but social contact or be alone in some places like go work or drive a car or get a bus or a train. Walk alone in the city. Thanks for sharing this.
