- Been wondering how to do spiral curls with a flat iron? Then this is the video for you! There are many ways to teach you how to curl with a flat iron, so just know that there are more videos to come!
In this video I am using the friction free flat iron by cricket. It is a ceramic flat iron, which is better for more fine or chemically treated hair. for more coarse hair, you will find that a titanium iron works best.

Please help. My 8 yr. Old has very short and thin edges...all the way around. What products and styles will promote growth for her? Her texture is 4a-4b
Ques Jukejoint: Hi, I do know that Glam Fam has done videos where these issues were addressed so just enter Glam Fam in the youtube search engine and have a listen.
I do know he has said: ponytail styles are dangerous when pulled tightly. So any tight edged hairstyle is a no no especially braids. Keeping the hair moisturized is a must and massage those around the head areas daily.
Since she is only 8, I would take her to the doctor/dermatologist to see if its anything chemical or genetic going on. Best of luck to you and her.❤

I would definitely recommend low tension hair styles, that don’t stress her edges. Then keeping hat hair moisturized really well. You can also make sure to lightly massage the thin areas to stimulate blood flow and hair growth. I hope that helps dear.

Lol I'm one of those who was trying to do it, I flatiron my hair frequently but could never curl it that way. I've tried and it just left an impression I'm assuming from where I stopped instead of just going smoothly all the way down. Going to try it again. TFS.

I'm loving glamtober so far, and yes I'm always learning something new from this channel. Question? When is it ok and not ok to load you hair with products when you're not using heat in your hair? My hair is similar to your oldest daughter, but, I'm years old and I'm hair texter has changed because of gray wirey very dry hair. Second question? Can too much product cause extra dryness?
+Tunisia Rawles I don’t load tons of products in the hair, it creates buildup, which makes increasing the moisture balance difficult. In short, yes, too many products can exaggerate dryness, if they create buildup on the Hair.

My pleasure! On heat resistant wigs, yes, but it’s not as effective as other methods of curling such as steam

My issue is every time I do my own hair by the time I get to the second half the first half has puffed up. Usually have the flat iron on 370. I don't use heat on my hair a lot because it dries it out. Help!!!!
+Cheryl Moore it sounds like you need to do a moisturizing deep conditioning to raise your moisture balance. Typically if Hair reverts that quickly, the moisture balance is low, so it responds to humidity really quickly.

My iron my hair it wont just glide across hair when wrapping it for spiral curls its just not great like that and when i use those products my curl wont stay or wont curl at all...too little it falls out no curls after 5 minutes or too much and no curl at all...i have tried everything for heatprotection and nothing lets my curl stay.
How do curl medium to short fine hair?

Sometimes my ends are a lil frizzy what do I use for that
