I lost my mother on 26th May at age 58 to Covid since then I'm in immense pain every breath feels so heavy without her. I'm in intense grief and feeling of guilt has surrounded me . I loved her very much but oftenly I had small big arguments with her .. I am not able to forgive myself for the times I was not good with her... I thought of doing so much for her to give her a better life but before that she has left me.. I can't imagine my life without her... 24hours I'm surrounded with thoughts of her , I cry at least 6-7 times a day remembering her... Memories of her at home and her last days in hospital gives me traumatic pain... I, my father and my mother we all three were hospitalised cuz of Covid and my wife was battling Covid at home... But after doing every possible thing I was not able to save her.. I don't know what differently I could have done that she would be still with me. I still can't believe & accept that she has left me. I don't know when I will be back in my present
I lost my husband 57 years old on 25 th May. Am dying everyday since then. We have no kids. My entire life is shattered. Suddenly left alone in this world.
I too lost my mother 9 months back due to heart attack, and we couldn’t talk to her and do anything for her much and we (my father, brother and me) too felt that our life is completely shattered as we all are so much emotionally connected to her and we too experienced the same hopelessness for life like you’ve felt. But only through spiritual awakening, I came to real senses. I’m inclined to spiritualism. I gave up other sources of enjoyment or entertainment and realised the real purpose of our life. Once you surrender to God and try to seek the real purpose of existence or the real question or goal of human life that ‘who am I’ would give you the true solace, inner peace and strength.

Aslamo Alikum, peace and blessings of Ishwar upon our dear brother Om Swami. This is a very good lecture. It is full of knowledge and wisdom. The young brother got so much knowledge and wisdom because he is always thinking about Ishwar (God, Rab, Khuda, Allah etc.). All people come from God and go back to God. All people belong to God and God belongs to all of them. I salute this person and after listening to him, my eyes get wet and I cried a lot and a lot not with the remembrance of God. InshAllah, God will give all of us a very good future, millions of times or trillions of times better and none of us will have to go to Hell and all of us will go to Paradise. Ameen Ya Rab-ul-Aalmeen.

This is a story told by Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa. In essence it is this: A GURU said to his disciple: "The world is illusory. Come away with me." "But revered sir," said the disciple, "my people at home-my father, my mother, my wife-love me so much. How can I give them up?" The guru said: "No doubt you now have this feeling of T and 'mine' and say that they love you; but this is all an illusion of your mind, I shall teach you a trick, and you will know whether they love you truly or not." Saying this, the teacher gave the disciple a pill and said to him: "Swallow this at home. You will appear to be a corpse, but you will not lose consciousness. You will see everything and hear everything. Then I shall come to your house and gradually you will regain your normal state." The disciple followed the teacher's instructions and lay on his bed like a dead person. The house was filled with loud wailing. His mother, his wife, and the others lay on the ground weeping bitterly. Just then a brahmana entered the house and said to them, "What is the matter with you?" "This boy is dead", they replied. The brahmana felt the pulse and said: "How is that? No, he is not dead. I have a Tales and Parables of Sri Ramakrishna 219 medicine that will cure him completely." The joy of the relatives was unbounded; it seemed to them that heaven itself had come down into their house. "But", said the brahmana, "I must tell you something else. Another person must take some of this medicine first, and then the boy must swallow the rest. But the other person will die. I see he has so many dear relatives here; one of them will certainly agree to take the medicine. I see his wife and mother crying bitterly. Surely they will not hesitate to take it." At once the weeping stopped and all sat quiet. The mother said: ''Well, this is a big family: Suppose I die; then who will look after the family?" She fell into a reflective mood. The wife, who had been crying a minute before and bemoaning her ill luck, said: "Well he has gone the way of mortals. 1 have these two or three young children. Who will look after them if I die?" The disciple saw everything and heard everything. He stood up at once and said to the teacher: "Let us go, revered sir. 1 will follow you."

I am 24 i am already bored of this life, still i engage in making a good career for my self , I don't have any interest in money, wealth, I dont like to be with people , I can see their negativity, I wanna be alone but I am unable to meditate, I can't control my thoughts which is constant reminder of my unfulfilled wishes and constant failures...
I was the same a few months ago though I still don't have a passion for life but after coming into spirituality I am not in the worst state. I hope things get better for you soon.

Aslamo Alikum, peace and blessings of Ishwar upon our dear brother Om Swami. This is a very good lecture. It is full of knowledge and wisdom. The young brother got so much knowledge and wisdom because he is always thinking about Ishwar (God, Rab, Khuda, Allah etc.). All people come from God and go back to God. All people belong to God and God belongs to all of them. I salute this person and after listening to him, my eyes get wet and I cried a lot and a lot not with the remembrance of God. InshAllah, God will give all of us a very good future, millions of times or trillions of times better and none of us will have to go to Hell and all of us will go to Paradise. Ameen Ya Rab-ul-Aalmeen.

This is a story told by Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa. In essence it is this:
A GURU said to his disciple: "The world is
illusory. Come away with me." "But revered sir,"
said the disciple, "my people at home-my father,
my mother, my wife-love me so much. How can
I give them up?" The guru said: "No doubt you
now have this feeling of T and 'mine' and say that
they love you; but this is all an illusion of your
mind, I shall teach you a trick, and you will know
whether they love you truly or not." Saying this, the
teacher gave the disciple a pill and said to him:
"Swallow this at home. You will appear to be a
corpse, but you will not lose consciousness. You
will see everything and hear everything. Then I
shall come to your house and gradually you will
regain your normal state."
The disciple followed the teacher's instructions and
lay on his bed like a dead person. The house was
filled with loud wailing. His mother, his wife, and
the others lay on the ground weeping bitterly. Just
then a brahmana entered the house and said to
them, "What is the matter with you?" "This boy is
dead", they replied. The brahmana felt the pulse
and said: "How is that? No, he is not dead. I have a

medicine that will cure him completely." The joy of
the relatives was unbounded; it seemed to them
that heaven itself had come down into their house.
"But", said the brahmana, "I must tell you
something else. Another person must take some of
this medicine first, and then the boy must swallow
the rest. But the other person will die. I see he has
so many dear relatives here; one of them will
certainly agree to take the medicine. I see his wife
and mother crying bitterly. Surely they will not
hesitate to take it."
At once the weeping stopped and all sat quiet. The
mother said: ''Well, this is a big family: Suppose I
die; then who will look after the family?" She fell
into a reflective mood. The wife, who had been
crying a minute before and bemoaning her ill luck,
said: "Well he has gone the way of mortals. 1 have
these two or three young children. Who will look
after them if I die?"
The disciple saw everything and heard everything.
He stood up at once and said to the teacher: "Let
us go, revered sir. 1 will follow you."

I am 24 i am already bored of this life, still i engage in making a good career for my self , I don't have any interest in money, wealth, I dont like to be with people , I can see their negativity, I wanna be alone but I am unable to meditate, I can't control my thoughts which is constant reminder of my unfulfilled wishes and constant failures...
I was the same a few months ago though I still don't have a passion for life but after coming into spirituality I am not in the worst state. I hope things get better for you soon.
