My name is Louise and I am documenting my move from the UK to Canada! Myself and my boyfriend Jake moved to Canada on 26th December 2019 on a 2-year working holiday visa. We moved to Ontario near Niagara Falls and we are loving every minute! In 2021 we gained permanent residency to live in Canada for good. We recently bought a trailer and love to travel, so if you want to watch our adventures and see what we get up too make sure you subscribe! :D

We’re an older couple and like you we didn’t want a unit with bunk beds (no grandchildren). If you ever decide that the foam cushions in the dinette are too soft and thin we replaced ours with higher density foam from a foam store on Ottawa Street in Hamilton.

we want to replace ours for thinner ones as the corner ones are so thick we can lean back and relax!

Nice trailer, did you say it was a 17 footer? Lot of stuff in there for that. we had a 24' and you have a lot more counter space than we did. You take an ironing board camping? Bloody hell! You are SUPPOSED to look disheveled! That is a small ac unit, never seen one in the wall before. Shen you say that it can get to 30-35c in Florida, that's a bit deceptive as the humidity makes it feel so much hotter, in Florida and also in Ontario. One year we were visiting our daughter who lived just a few miles from Bronte Creek . The temp was 32-33C but the 'Humidex' or feels like temp was 48! BTW there are many British shops in Burlington!
