    Know what i learned from my mental health/ ptsd ??? That nobody REALLY understands or gives a shit from the MOD...Government...health teams....etc.
    You just have to realise it and life WILL get better.
    Get out and get some weight on your back...up hills...get some sunshine....love your family.....

      good advice. Nautre helps me - have to ground myself daily it seems. It's the little moments. Keep going for another day, things WILL get better
