When you are on the ship design screen, hit new ship and choose an explorer. Your still using the scout which is restricted in slots.
And it's kicking ass as a scout :)
And it gives you more hull
You are just about at the limit of the size of your scout. If you hit the new ship button in the shipyard, you can choose a larger class of ship if you have the resources. It will give you a larger bridge with a larger size limit.

when u r on the cargo screen on the top right bellow the ship name u can see how much tech points u have
exploring asteroid belts... taking the long route to places.. DOES YIELD!!! You'll find hidden things, random items, resources... its a GOOD move to do! :D
Why does Charlie enjoy shooting rocks? Because he's a big fan of chip-damage!
Your ship will automatically navigate around stars and other ships when you're in autopilot.
And I just got off work… time to enjoy and get back to work again after 😊

In the settings you can adjust how long the notifications stay on screen so you have time to read them out
Yes, enemies can repair themselves just like you,
Would Charlie be upset if I told him it's possible to set the gun turrets to autoshoot? Not sure of the specfics myself, but I heard pressing "g" allows auto targeting and firing
Said it a few times, wanted to target myself. it was part of the challenge of it all. AS we get into fixed weaponry though, and other types of enemy weapons to deal with, auto targeting is being used.

At the planet that uses aluminum for currency, you have the option to purchase one of their gliders. I wonder if that might be the way you can bypass the flak system on that Cathedral world?
