This organ is God's nature revealed in sounds: grand, powerful and complex, yet remaining gentle, clear and beautiful.

It also has an acoustic reason: Even if a piece ends in a minor key, the major third always predominates in the overtones. So the old masters thought, let's make it major right away.
I don't really see anything wrong. What I do see is that the whole organ is tuned over a semitone higher than modern pitch, and both manuals and the pedalboard are missing the lowest C#, which perhaps could cause confusion.
