Nah, if you are capable of stating something like this you would really have it differently. It would play just on the coolest flashback of your life and apex with violence, like you pooping very aggressivly or drinking some tequila shots. Then when the music fades we would watch you falling asleep. Your burial song is either carmina burana or gymnopedia
Funny thing is, I dont remember this from Hobo with a Shotgun, first time I thought i heard this was today when I watched Mark of The Devil for the first time. Most powerful part to me is at 1:31
Witchfinder General is the classic inquisition film but it’s a disney fare at best compared to Mark of the Devil. Which even came out a mere 2 years after.
It's not a wannabe grindhouse flick, Mark of the Devil was a genuine grindhouse flick. If you were lucky enough to have seen the "Rated V for violence" Mark of the Devil on its original early 70s US release, you would even have been supplied with a souvenir MotD vomit bag on paying for your entrance ticket. :v)
@@SkulldiniDeath Proof definitely, I hated that movie despite liking most of Tarantino’s work. But the other “Grindhouse” movie recently alongside it, Planet Terror was actually super good.
Yeah, good luck finding a distributor for it, though. People don't accept thing like they used to do in the 1970's. Unless, of course, you're European. In which case, do as you like.
It is! It is the same composer and exactly the same tract for opening titles of cannibal holocaust. I was trying to watch cannibal holocaust online only someone removed it :(
Only Mark of the Devil is not a "wanna be" grindhouse film - it's a REAL GENUINE AUTHENTIC grindhouse film. That recently made Hollywood crap made by the likes of Quentin Tarantino is what's fake imitation "wanna be" ( to use your term ) grindhouse. Grindhouse might not be your particular cup of tea, and that's ok, .. . but, just the same, KNOW THE DAMN DIFFERENCE you stupid fuckin twit!
@1337Lads except that Hobo With a Shotgun is actually a rather well-made, highly entertaining Grindhouse film, if also not one of the very best Modern horror films ever made without a doubt.
I was born in 2003, I need these kinds of music.
I’m Gen Z too
Imagine being in your 20s in the 1970s
Degeneracy everywhere. Pcp and Quaaludes and other now obscure pharmaceuticals everywhere.
Look for Lubos Fiser
I was born in 1974. You definitely need this kind of music.^^
Kind of reminds me a little of Riz Ortolani's Cannibal Holocaust score.
I just came here from listening to that, to make sure once again that they are different. Surely Ortolani was inspired inspired by this.
That‘s why I’m hear. 😎
I'm here from Euphoria, which sent me to the Cannibal Holocaust theme song, which had a comment which that sent me here
Garrett Woody same!!
Oui ça ressemble beaucoup, ❤
This song is so beautiful and heavenly
Love this music. still gives me the chills.
I was speaking about Hobo With A Shotgun. I have the souvenir vomit bag, the t-shirt, original soundtrack and poster for Mark Of The Devil.
so beautiful I could listen over and over again so relaxing just a bit funny this for a horror movie
Movie was true of peoples ignorance then and now.
I'd gladly die with this playing in the background
same
Odd, I wonder how many people think of the theme song they wish to leave live with?
Like Sol in Soylent Green.

For more than 40 years I've known this sountrack. Still great and exciting composition !
Thanks to Michael Holm and bazelletheblackpig for posting.
Superbe film, j'adore ❤❤❤❤

SHE'S A TEACHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
excellent
Beautifully song
Anyone else find this movie a little sad? Specifically the ending...
It really was...and with the song still going despite the screen turning black.... damn
It was a very messed up time in history, those witch trails.
Witchfinder General is the classic inquisition film but it’s a disney fare at best compared to Mark of the Devil. Which even came out a mere 2 years after.
@everettdudgeon138 well done you, your clearly better than everyone else who came here to listen to the same piece of music as you!

Ian Finlay I jus watched django u chained. fuck me between that movie and Inglorious tarrantino has lost plot.
They aren't "wannabe grindhouse" they are just paying homage to a time in a era that once was...
@@SkulldiniDeath Proof definitely, I hated that movie despite liking most of Tarantino’s work. But the other “Grindhouse” movie recently alongside it, Planet Terror was actually super good.
@@daRealB-Rex for real for real death proof is trash but planet terror fucking rocks.
Music so beautiful I wish it was played at my funeral to take me to heaven.
"Can do! See you next Wednesday!"
- Death 💀
Good music
I would liked living back then
@Specialboy1 EPIC movie!!!
Good song
As God is eternal so is all people's souls eternal
i want to live in the 70s so bad
But THIS is really more late 60's.
1969... almost same like 1971, so could be 70th ;-)
Hunter Grey why?
I miss it. I think people nowadays don't realize how good it was when it was simple.
most people wanted to live in the 60s but I am glad I got the 70s
wtf just realised the same artist done the opening credits for hobo with shotgun
GREAT MUSİC !
First heard this in the opening of "Hobo With a Shotgun".
🖤Vanessa and Christian 🌹
🔥Broken apart by Albino💀
And Cumberland. 😈
that's false. the composer for this soundtrack was michael holm and NOT riz ortolani.
If I ever make a brutal fucked up movie this will be the opening credits. Such a beautiful song I want it to play while I die.
Same way with Cannibal Holocaust lol
I just typed that your so right total Caust … Riz totally heard this

Eisner did it with Hobo, you're to late. Lol
@@quickman2663I don’t even think europe accepts things like this anymore 🤣
Btw cp was legal in europe back then that’s how crazy 70s was
Edda !!!
Well this came first.
this remind me of holocaust cannibal theme but very different
the holocaust cannibal theme is more dreaming
Exactly
Great for a sample
Bunch of creepy bastard's coming on here talking about how this music should be having something to do with when they died… What the hell?
Can anyone give me the specific name of this track?
Reincarnation I was once Indian chief my name was timing horse.
Just once I would like to heard this song with “hobo with a shotgun” comments popping up
The masterpiece that is Hobo with a shotgun brought me here
Running horse

It's possible there's ghost
Are they going to play this while they force us to get those damn chips in our hands?
Probably.
@87sadbuttrue you're cool
I thoug was the same song from Holocausto cannibal😂😂
Cannibal Holocaust
Life does not end with death Jesus conquered death he rose from death
There's things we don't know there could be reincarnation
They stole this from Hobo With A Shotgun!! Rutger Haur should sew the shit out them!!!
Wie das denn? Das Lied und der Film sind doch wesentlich älter als " Hobo ....... ".Ausserdem wird ja Michael Holm bei "Hobo ..... "erwähnt.

oh word??!?
I came here because I have good taste in music..not because of some horrible wanna be Grindhouse film.

I think they mean Hobo With a Shotgun, which also used this piece of music
