Lil B was always the most surprising one to me because of how he spazzed and how he actually brought some fairly complex bars for a XXL cypher. Yela didn't say much but he has a cool voice and knows how to ride the beat and kendrick did as expected that one always been my favorite overall.

The 2nd Cypher was the best out of all 3 2011 cyphers for me. These guys all went hard and had fun. Kendrick and Lil B absolutely killed it for me. What a fucking surprise Based God really summoned his energy to keep himself untouchable with some rap gods. He held his own and was endorsed. Mac Miller and Diggy Simmons outshined everyone the 1st cypher (RIP to the best White Rapper aside Em), and damn near the 3rd one was a strong second for me. Nothing was wrong with that one and the energy was great, but my preference for Kendrick and my rediscovery of Based God's influence makes me choose the 2nd

Lil B is actually a good rapper. He just usually doesn't show it cause his character gets a lot more attention than his actual good shit. his Joe Budden diss was the track that opened my (and many others) eyes about him

Love this bc of the love for Mac, simple 🤷‍♀️ but I think the third one had better bars as a whole, and yelawolf wasn't as good as I thought he'd be it sorta sounded like he mixed all the songs off his album together lol. But yo when they would pan in on macs face when the others spit, if you listen to what was said every time and compare that to how he died, that tripped me out a lil, ngl. Anywho good review🤙
