Aneeq300 I’m a huge mac fan, but looking at this like a critique, YG’s vocabulary and word play was the best, and mac’s flow variation was best. Imo, those are the most captivating qualities. On an ass beat like this, it’s important to help the rhythm, if someone just vibes with the music (I almost always just vibe) then mac destroys this cypher. Looking at some technical shit, YG and diggy go hard. I dont like diggy’s style, but he had some crazy double entendres about fashion, religion, where he came from, and the American dream. Today, out of everyone, Mac developed the most, but it’s a little naive to say someone wins and someone loses.

@@obrey__ I agree with most. Since u seem to know ur shit, imma tell u my review on this. So to cover YG I think in terms of technicality he was the best. His lyrics were a little random, but not so random to the point where it is just shit like Kirko Bangz cypher. He recognized the fact that he needed to work with the beat and spit bars, not talk facts bc it’s a freestyle. I personally didn’t love it, but he had good punchlines and a good flow. Mac had the best bc it was obviously the longest, and he had really good flow and managed to change it even with the same shit beat. He timed his words differentoh to fit the beat, and had good punchlines. He changed the flow a lot, which I liked, but everytime he changed the flow he would change what he’s talking about, which is fine but sometimes he would leave loose ends untied, and it was a little confusing. He had some great punchlines, some not so much, but overall his great flow and technicality makes it the best. Diggys was alright. Sometimes his bars wouldn’t rhyme, and I was just waiting for the rhyme scheme. He had a good flow even though he couldn’t come up with a rhyme. It was kinda like an ABCDE thing, and I was like come on bro. Eventually he got a crazy rhyme scheme and flow going. Overall, few punchlines. A little short, and needed to rhyme more, but because it had ok lyrics and his voice is 🔥 in my opinion its not terrible. Twists was the definition of mediocre. He didn’t change his lyrics or flow, which were both meh. It was relatively short, and overall his punchlines weren’t energetic or clever enough. It wasn’t terrible, but nothing too great honestly. Overall I would say YGs was 7.3 Macs was 8.7 Diggys was 6.6 and Twists was 5.5 (these are harsh, but are compared to the best XXL Cyphers. Since u know some stuff, what’s ur top 5 XXL Cyphers?
