I made this recipe tonight for taco Tuesday and it was delicious. Tip add salt and the other half lime to pico mix. I used Cod fish for my tacos. Keep the great recipes coming.

The jalapeno seeds have nothing to do with the spice it’s the membrane inside that contains capsaicin oils geez. Also i would advise using basa fish for this taco meaty clean taste and affordable
@@mjw12345 Fresh garlic sounds good, but it overpowers everything. Try roasted garlic or garlic powder just one time and see the difference. Also, add serrano peppers instead of jalapenos; you will the difference. And try adding finely chopped green onions too. Some sugar will brighten up the whole thing. I feel like i have perfected this dish, thats why i am so eager to tell you this.
It's a different flavour profile the smaller strips allow for more of the coating, so more flavour. Smaller pieces also cook differently, so the texture is different.

Raw garlic should only be used on vampires. Mince the garlic then let it sit in warm oil (150F)for a while. The oil will absorb the flavor.

How much better it would be if you simply grilled the fish on a outdoor grill with some wood . Instead of putting all that grease in your guts.
