    The squatters are everywhere in Mubai even near a project with 1 lakh per square feet prices.
    If people in Mubai think property prices in Mumbai rise to Rs 10 lakh per square feet, that is not going to happen.
    Banks have a shortage of deposits when the government is the largest borrower. Banks will not be in a position to give a high amount of loans as they will be short of deposits going forward.

    Only people staying here will know what kind of greenery we have, the different species of birds we spot every morning, the peace away from the main road, the fresh breeze coming directly from the sea, the sunset we get to see every evening , the high security community

  • @Oceansta
    @Oceansta 3 месяца назад +1

    There's no such thing as "overrated" or "underrated". Even though there is market manipulation, generally a property will get only what people are willing to pay. It's not about amenities. When you live in Mumbai, you pay exorbitant rates for a shit location but it's also because the city provides you the ability to generate such a kind of income as well. It's a common thing in all big cities. In New York you pay maybe $3000 for one room in an apartment - it makes no sense. But people still pay that because they are able to generate maybe 8K a month as income by living in NYC. You would not be able to generate the same living in Kansas or Indore. At the same time, there is no two ways about the fact that Mumbai pays the highest amount of tax and receives the worst infrastructure consistently. Nigeria in India was a very good analogy but pretty much all of India is like Nigeria except for a very fractional percentage of places in the city.

Other stations have only mall to roam. You have to travel by car or rickshaw to get to such places. That’s y ppl want to be in bandra. Needless to mention, the glimpse of actors actresses
