hey good morning, i have a 2nd gen amazon cube and have never really ever got decent resolution. i have a LG tv that's 4-5 years old and was wondering if there's something can do to get crisp clear video? we have the best Wi-Fi from spectrum as well. any help would be appreciated! thanks in advance!!
I have a GEN 3 Fire TV Cube and I .... DO .. NOT ... HAVE ..... audio leveler under advanced settings. I tried to update my firmware / system and it says I am up to date. I am going to unhook my new Fire TV Cube and go back to my ROKU Ultra that is 5+ years old because, guess what, it has audio leveler. I don't understand what's going on.
Can I use an external USB hub & have added external AND internal storage? i.e. 64GB hard drive for internal storage and ALSO 256GB drive for external? Both from a connected hub??? Thank you!

Thanks for the video. I am aware one can adjust in equipment settings the amount that Alexa changes the volume when commanded. My issue is not that, but the Fire TV remote volume change (to the Onkyo receiver) that is extremely slow. When using the receiver remote directly, the volume changes quickly. Has anyone seen a setting for the fire TV remote volume change ? Thanks.
Can you confirm Amazon Atmos music not available with a Fire Stick? Messing with all the settings I can't get Atmos music. Fire stick 4k (3rd gen) to RX-A2070. I am getting 24/192khz tho. Seems like apple is the way to go for atmos music.

But then when it goes to next episode it will do the same thing. I've connected it to another tv and it still has the same problem. Does anyone else have this problem?
Hi, I'm thinking about purchasing 2 cubes for black Friday. 1 for bedroom and 1 for family room. A coworker said the cube(2021) doesn't have wifi capability. Is that true? I was hoping to use a wifi connection for one of them.
@@CPha2er is there an option for adaptive which automatically switches to the resolution. Example if it is set on hdr will it stream 1080p in hdr making the picture quality dull and washed out. Also if you set display to dynamic range to always hdr will it cause the 1080p picture quality to look dull and washed out
The fire cube can't compete with the Nvidia in any way. I used the first and second Gen fire cubes and they were both trash. Even though I was already aware that they were trash I bought a third as a back up for my Shield thinking that perhaps they had possibly worked all the bugs out by now and they hadn't. I hooked it up one day and it froze within a couple of hours of use and the picture quality is garbage. If anything the cube has gotten worse. I had never ending irritating issues with the Shield when I first bought it and I was going to trash it but the issues finally ended but it did take a long time doing so. It is flawless now and the picture quality is absolutely stellar. At this time I would rate the Nvidia Shield five stars. If there were zero stars that is what I would rate the fire cube.
What a complete waste of time it was, in watching this video, learned absolutely nothing here and you did not even cover that app notifications, these should be turned off.

I tried and it dont recognize the drive. It's a micro usb connection so you will need an adapter.

I know this is an old question, but all the TV has to have is a HDMI input, all the smart things are done inside the Cube.
