Hey Jessie, It says it's a 15'x44' unit. The beauty of this storage unit is that the floors are heated to about 45 degrees in the winter. No need to winterize the gear. It seems much warmer though when I'm in there doing maintenance. I tune on a couple of halogen lights and the place warms right up.
