THIS was really popular in the 70s. Thanks for reminding me of how to prepare.

This is so good on a hot summer day or anytime.
So easy to make and delicious. I call mine Catalina taco salad. I put lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese, ranch beans thats in a chili sauce, hamburger, corn chips, and Catalina dressing. We havent had it in a while, so I need to make it. The only difference between mine and yours in the dressing, beans, and chips. We have put in Nacho Cheese Doritos instead of corn chips before. Its good too. The liquid from the ranch beans just gives it extra flavor. If you can't find the name brand ranch beans in chili sauce, you can get the Great Value brand of red beans in chili sauce. Its not spicy just has a good flavor to it. Have a great weekend.

Used finely cut, sauteed chicken chunks instead of ground beef.
    Very tasty!

That sounds delicious. I’ve never used chicken in it before but I’m definitely going to try that and I do add corn sometimes as well. My husband doesn’t like it, but I do so sometimes I do that.
