yea you didnt drop down into the hole. there's an ash of war down there called electrocharge. its the lightning dash the boss does. always drop a rainbow stone into holes. if it shatters, you know its just a death drop. if it doesnt, its survivable.

@@gothxmI’m wondering if there’s an ash of war that has that multi-shot spell the mages do in this area. It probably won’t do as much damage for us but it’s dope

There is a sword at the ruins of unte that is also called the stone sheathed sword, if you take it here to a specific altar along the path, you can show it to the altar and turn it into the legendary sword of darkness, there is also an altar at the ruins of unte, if you take this stone sword there, you can turn it into the sword of light.

for the boss you could also use the blasphemous blade with the right talismans and kill him easy

If you fall down in the hole it basically circles you back around before the room with the spikes.

@@sawmanUK If you drop into the hole then go left kill some mobs, go left again and theres a big room with 2 magicians and theres "Electrocharge" incantation, just climb the ladder and you can continue the walkthrough you showed! Thanks bro

I really wish that I didn't absolutely suck at this game. I've given it a good 6 hours or so just learning the basics and I feel like I'm just too old to really get it. It looks pretty fun if you can play without looking like an absolute oaf while playing.
