What strong information? I don't have a strong information like having million dollars in my saving account, nor have any property or any attached. Yet they had refused me twice even I told them the same freak reason. The first time the officer said my document was not complete. Then I tried the second time but this time, this awful officer just slammed on my face with "because of your circumstance, people like you would going there and not coming back. My job is to justify your qualification. That's all." Is just because my country could listed the most people "jumping airplane" but doesn't mean I'm following too... Dear Americans, can you believe that people like non american like me apply visa for 160 dollars got rejected and no refund allow. And can you imaging for the 50 people come for interview per day and they can reject half of the applicants, how much would your government earned per day. And you guys telling the world that you have a trillion debts behind, couldn't you guys ever investigate the immigrant department that how much they ate our money?!
I got my visa rejected because the officer believed that I would not leave Canada by the end of my stay. The question is, how did it come to a point where agents can take action based on a suspicion rather than on tangible fact, and imply that law respecting citizens (Because they do have access to all your criminal history) from foreign countries, would break the law before they even set foot in there? How can they do that in a country that has an entire law system based on the presumption of innocence?

Well it depends upon the mood of the consul, they dont really read or listen to applicants. The more they declined , the more they earn money, you dont even know how to be humiliated.

Canada refused to give me a transit visa... I just want to pass through to see my family in Mexico... but no. I was rejected. What makes them think I want to stay in Canada? It just so happens that I have to pass through the US or Canada to get to where I want to go. If there were other options, believe me I would take them.
