I limp arm out with my palm up woke posturing back up instead of brining my arm around in a circle like that. But my jiujitsu is for mma and I'm using it while also peeling their hand off of the back of my head to posture up and rain down fists and elbows of pain.
I am looking at this from a gi perspective when I talk about chokes. This is great if she is looking for chokes or she is trying for the left armbar. she cant use her right arm because you are trapping it and this is a must. Also the leg trap to stop the hips is good. Keeping her flat blocks kimuras when you swing your arm but she can attack flat. I have definitely added those to my defenses however I think you should stop there or find another way out. Doing those 2 things puts you in stalemate. You have to watch out for the arm bar on the trapped arm. When you go to swing your arm like that around in a circle it brings your head to the mat and it puts your arm in a compromised position. She can over power your trapped arm more easily with your hand away from your body. If she can throw her left foot up and push into your right armpit . This will push her body out and stretch your arm straight like a pole that she will slide down till she is extended enough to attack. Next she should push out your left knee with her right leg making your posture fall forward then use her left knee and twisting her body to put pressure on your right elbow for the right armbar. I have never made a bjj video but if my words are hard to follow ill show you what I mean. Thank you for the nuggets in the video but I dont think you will escape this way with the arm circle. I think that just sets up that armbar. I think the best move is putting the free arm behind the back. and passing the leg. That over hook is in my opinion a staple for guard attacks
Very nice. From the bottom I use the overhook a lot because I train with punching involved. If possible I would like to see some attacks as the bottom person as you mentioned at the beginning.
figer tip detail is so good!
I love this position. So I hate to see such a good counter to it! Lol. I really like how you cut some videos into it.
