There is something here that I have noticed and have been saying for a while now in regard to school / mass shootings and the ar/15. Have you noticed that in these school/mass shootings that the Ar15 used was always a stock version?
these individuals had gone through extensive planning to perpetuate their crime. So I'm expected to believe that it never occurred to any of them that a stock ar15 might not be the best choice and that modifying one with a short barrel, a forward grip or the parts to fully automate them would be far more efficient for making a higher kill ratio?
Thar just doesn't make any sense to me.

School shootings are most likely due to bullying and bad parenting and underdeveloped schooling. as we see today in most our representatives of state as-well many groups out today manners have gone out the door. Example - waiting for someone to finish speaking before you speak.
Example - if your not going to say something nice don’t say anything at all
Schooling wise- while the education system currently provides valuable knowledge the key aspect it’s missing is how to implement it.
Example- gen z thinks they weren’t taught how to do their taxes

@@jackblack9208The ATF Do not have authority or any rights to make any decision on firearms. Because they don't have the authority to do so at all. Because it It's protected under the second amendment in the Constitution, which second amendment is right to bear arms, the ATF Can Not make no decisions on any firearm as For the school shootings that is all on the cops Because his are private example. Cops was rather stay outside of a school taking selfies with their thumbs up each other's butts and their hands in each other's pockets. While innocent, children and teachers again taken away from their loved ones and get in hurt. And another school incident happened in Texas again, where the cops never showed up. Cause they were a bunch of cowards that are afraid of their own shadow decided to take selfies with each other again with the thumbs up each other's butts and the hands in each other's pockets. Why innocent children and teachers again hurt and get taken away from their loved ones. The ATF doesn't know nothing about guns And it's not the gun's fault. The guns can't get up and hurt somebody. Only the person behind the firearm can hurt somebody. The ATF are a bunch of oxymorons that couldn't find their way out of a Wet paper bag but holes in it That's how stupid the ATF is

@@mrsmartypants_1 just so you know and won't say foolish things in the future, Jesus actually proclaimed arms ownership as a vital part of existence due to the right of self defense which God recognized as law.
The statements Jesus made concerning this put it above governmental law, since he did not quantify it to national origin or citizenship, but stated "any man". At the time weapons(swords) ownership was largely restricted by the Roman Empire to Roman citizens only, or those given government permission. Roman protections for citizens was also such that a land owner could slay an imperial soldier on the spot if he caught the soldier stealing crops from his land. The fact that we have a second amendment came straight from the Bible as a check against government.

It's a spinoff of the IRS. Alcohol and tobacco are heavily taxed.
Remove firearms from it and it's arguably a specialized tax enforcement agency. But you'll notice that you never hear ATF arguing about whether grandma's homemade ginger ale is alcoholic enough to need to be taxed or not. When's the last time you heard of them being mentioned in connection with Alcohol or Tobacco?

My understanding of SBR/SBS restrictions was that they were in the 1938 NFA because it was originally going to also restrict handguns. SBR/SBS wording was to prevent people from circumvent this by cutting down a long gun. When the handgun provisions were removed, they forgot to remove SBR/SBS sections. Funny thing is Congress later shortened the minimum rifle barrel length to 16" to accommodate the surplus M1As the DOD sold to civilians.

The USCCA guy talked about security on the job and it was good, guy was interesting and engaging. The FBI guy talked about resources for workers to contact and that was good, again, interesting and engaging. The two ATF agents would have been better off not talking in anyway shape or form, every word made me think less and less of them and the ATF, they would say "any questions" and not be able to answer one question, and referring almost all to "another department." The head guy for the region looked like he wanted to put us all in jail and sounded angry for the minute that he talked at the podium and then took no questions himself. The ATF people that were there seemed to me to be incompetent but they could have been being purposefully obtuse, they seemed to have really poor social skills too, like scary kind of poor social skills.

He'll go into Congress with a big case of weapons, and explain the parts, operation, and terminology used for modern firearms. Have it entered into the Congressional Record. Make it so every member of Congress is educated on firearms. No politics, no bias, no push toward legislation. Just a straight-up vocabulary lesson. There's no reason that any lawmaker who's making gun laws doesn't know these terms and true statistics. Show that either a.) your Congressman is misinformed and incorrect, and correct them, or b.) Your Congressman is a straight-up liar. It should be done after each Congressional/Senatorial election. Even anti-gun people wouldn't object to learning facts, right? ... Right?
