I have iPhone 14 pro max and I don’t have that clean energy charging option in the Battery plus I am on the iOS 16.0.3 🤔 Also, I did change the location but still it’s not showing.
Just found out you need a developer Apple account which is a program to be able to have that feature, it is $99 a year. So if anyone is trying to get these extra features it is recommended to download the developer beta version 16.1 in a secondary phone for the purpose of not damaging your main phone. I would personally just wait for the bugs to be fixed and get 16.1 when it’s released to the general public. It is recommended to wait so you’re not dealing with an unstable phone.
I live in Qatar and my region was Qatar and I didn't have that option but after watching this video I changed my region to USA and the features appeared. Using 12 pro max
Why would you even want that option? India has not rolled out any clean energy grid. If that’s turned on then theres a bigger possibility your phone won’t charge until it detects a clean power grid source and again India doesn’t have that. India uses coal so it doesn’t apply to your country unless you live in Norway?
