Hi Andrei! What sort of requirements do you submit if there is a "compliance requirement" needed to support an item that you bought for retail arbitrage UK?
Hello Andrei, what if Amazon lost an item and now they require an invoice for proof of purchase. I sent them a receipt but they said it's invalid and they need an invoice
Some of those niche brands are very nasty and nitpicky. I have heard of people being sued for many thousands of dollars by them that is how nasty some of them are.
@@EcommerceWithAndrei0 “the situation” are the situations I mentioned. Reimbursement requests for inventory amazon lost. Or Proof of authenticity for bogus counterfeit complaints.
Hello Andrei, I hope you're doing fine. :) I was wondering if I can buy products from a turkish retailer and sell it on Amazon USA? Actually the receipt given to me by retailer is in turkish. So is the language of receipt an issue??
@@EcommerceWithAndrei0 I don't understand why these brands don't keep theirs listings gated. Why leave the listing ungated and then file IP complaints when a seller joins the listings. Why not just keep it restricted? Is there an reason for that?

Hi Andrei! What sort of requirements do you submit if there is a "compliance requirement" needed to support an item that you bought for retail arbitrage UK?
No you can’t do it anymore. Can’t use receipts. Only invoices. So you can’t resell as “new”.
You can sell from online retailers as new, perfectly fine
Yes. With an invoice of 10+ items. Not with a receipt from a store.
Just got accepted with receipt on 2 brands I just got ungated from. Sent 6 pics
Thank you very much my friend 👍
How to get ungated if product was bought from retailer?

What if you buy a product from Facebook market but because it’s in person you don’t get receipts what do you do?
I wouldn't source from Facebook marketplace
Amazon is now rejecting almost all retail receipts when it comes to proof of authenticity, or reimbursement. They want invoices from wholesalers.
It depends what situation we are talking about

You can try, but it\s not something we usually do and practice
Would you trust advice from the Amazon forum sellers?
Erm, it depends, don't see anytihng wrong with these
@@EcommerceWithAndrei0 regarding they think retail arbitrage is illegal or you must only buy from manufacturer or wholesale
I bought leg avenue socks from a retail store I have the receipt, but leg avenue sent me a letter to remove my listings
Must of jumped on the wrong product with a wrong type of brand

i just submitted and they rejected it..I was trying to sell the branded products
Not all listings are good to sell under, though you can find them cheaper at retail
