I can see the arguments for moving him on at the Hammers, despite success there, but compare his record at Everton with what has been since and look at what he did at West Ham and the guy can coach at EPL level. Is he top tier? Probably not, but it is pretty rarified air even at his level and I suspect he is a damned sight more successful than a lot of the people posting hate about him are in their careers.
