Started to smoke amnesia haze 2 weeks ago my life has changed for the better, all of the things that bothered me, they don't as much anymore, I do not smoke much, very little in fact, and I still reap the benefits from consuming THC. I love it honestly, it encourages me to change my life to a healthier and more prouductive being. My rule of thumb is: As long as you use it for a purpose and not just numb yourself for the sake of it, you are on the safe side of things. I also want to say, that I have been dealing with severe anxiety and vast amounts of stress for the past 5 years, it was hell, but this stuff? It shows me that the world can be okay again, it shows me how much better my life can be without all that anxiety bs. For all those who suffer from this too, please try it out I promise it will open your mind.
Hey, i also have high stress level so I wanted to ask, does your stress/anxiety come back once ur sober again or did the cannabis heal u sort of? Will u have to be high every day to not have anxiety/stress?
I'm very happy for you that cannabis can help you with your issues. Just remember, substances and medications don't replace self knowledge. There's a reason why you were anxious in the first place, most likely negative experiences in childhood or in relationships later on. The best way to cure anxiety disorders is by adressing it's underlying causes. That's best done with a trauma therapist or psycho therapist
Like all things. Everything in moderation. Some people have a glass of wine with their meal daily (mediteranean meals high in olive oil are best) and live for years with no issues. Same goes for weed. Both alcohol and weed are open to abuse. But it's easier to come off weed than alcoholism.
You have a point! Can I also have the chronic stress in moderation? Instead of being financially raped? Cannabis consumption will adjust to the need, the more people are suffering (Unable to pay bills, rent, food, go to the doctor, have cancer and not afford treatment) then every opportunity to blaze will be taken. I do love your video because criminalized cannabis does create problems for isolated consumers. People are experiencing difficulty in managing their experiences with Cannabis because their experiences may involve more difficult thoughts than others. Especially in terms of religious family disagreements or abandonments, but also regular everyday existence thoughts that can overtake peoples minds if their thought processing might be less controllable when it comes to managing specific ongoing stressors. Pain is relevant to everyone. Mental pains can be difficult, but there are people out there who are in significant pain and cannabis becomes a VERY DIFFERENT tool at that point. Cannabis is for everyone and most people aren’t consuming nearly enough. Most people don’t even realize they are DEFINITE candidates for experiencing incredible benefits to the body from cannabis compounds. Chronic pains are extremely common and without Cannabis, people will seek other consumptions that often become far less “beneficial” or even dangerous to someone’s health and well-being.
I'm curious how much the non-user vs user is a misunderstanding of correlation vs causation. If someone is already predisposed to higher emotional responses regardless of usage, then uses to self medicate, how do you differentiate if the emotional response is as a result of cannabis use or the precursor to cannabis use? Because of Neurodiverse people having higher rates of use generally speaking, I question the basis of these claims. There's no addressing a pre-use state only non-user state
I was a daily user for the last several years. Last summer I had a panic attack after consuming a 5mg gummy. I continued to consume it up until this past March where my anxiety reached an unbearable level. I quit for a while and went back to it when I was feeling better.
