I purchased Armani blush No 30 . I think it will go beautifully with golden hour bronze look . I also thinking of getting Ecstasy as well. Its really bright and different pink, i know what look you are talking about. Loved cold girl look. I used mix of LE lipstick , (as she used in that look video) as blush and Dior backstage pink. Have a blessed day🙏💗
Have you tried Westman Atelier? Gucci Westman has the same skin issues, so she made her line of makeup to help herself and others suffering with these skin disorders. I hope this helps.Cle de Peau also has gorgeous makeup and Koh Gen Do does as well.🙏🤟💛
I tried the foundation after using the Chantecaille spf/primer, and I loved it!!! I have combo skin (gets slightly oily in the tzone and normal everywhere else). I think it’s just beautiful on you ❤️❤️❤️
So far I’m passing on the Armani blushes. I was thinking of picking up 50 but it’s too similar to the NARS “O” which of course I own already. Maybe if they come out with more wearable shades I’ll try them. That MAC bronzer looks Phenomenal on you! I may have to try it.
Yes! I am so happy I ordered the Armani blush before reading the negative reviews. The Euphoric shade is gorgeous and I do prefer them over Gucci too. But I also have a hard time comparing the Armani euphoric shade to anything else I have in my collection or the Gucci ones with its glow. It’s so beautiful and looks great as a blush, blush topper or over bronzer for a summer glow (if warmth ever comes to upstate NY where I am 😂)
I love the Gucci blushes, love love love them, all 4 of the colors that I own! That said, I will be getting an Armani blush to test as well. And yes, La Mer is the bomb. Thanks for your review.
I do love this peachy look on you 😍. I picked up the Dior lip maximizer in the Holographic Lavender (I think you mentioned it many videos ago?) and I really love it and never would have considered it on my own. It’s equally subtle and fun.
I thought there was something wrong with me since I seemed to be the single one person out there that didn’t like the Gucci blushes. I found them the be dull and patchy on application. They faded after a couple of hours. I’m hoping that the Armani’s are better…
Amy, I heartily recommend the Jane Iredale blushes. No one talks about them, as they aren't quite the sexy image, but they blend like a dream, come in a range of stunning colours - cool and warm, and are clean. They are aimed at the sensitive skin market, but are far better than even my beloved Chanel blushes.
I have dry skin but use so much moisturizers and oils on my face day and night, also use LaMer moisturizer and oil, so the new Guerlain foundation is working for me. My sister has combination to more oily skin and she loves it!! I am super happy I chose(birthday gift) a lighter shade for her so it worked even better. I have to get a lighter shade for me as it did oxidize on me. Thanks so much for your videos. I always refer to your honest opinion before I make a purchase and it has been a great help!
I'm someone in your age bracket that has never used Nars O! I swatched it in store once & it was too peach & gold for me. I'd like to try one of these Armani blushes if they ever come to Australia.
I recently tried the Guerlain foundation and I have dry skin. I wear it w/ the Channel luminous primer and it works like a dream. It’s really a glow foundation - natural glow - and i like it. I don’t think it’s a 24 hour foundation and I’m fine with that.
I bought the Guerlain for a less glowy foundation I don’t have to set with powder in Memphis’ hot/humid summers. I have dry, maturing skin, and haven’t found a setting powder yet that doesn’t look caky on me. I do prep well and wear a lighter layer, but it looks really pretty on my skin. I do agree it probably wouldn’t work in the winter months. Ty for the review!
I live in Canada I can get you #10. It’s on our Sephora Canada site. I’m the same skin tone as you and that one is beautiful. I also got Amore. I wanted Ectasy and we don’t have that one on ours. 😢
Thank you! So curious what you think of that Guerlain foundation once you’ve tested it for awhile. It’s so strange,..I have dry skin too and in my mid-40s,…but this foundation is not dry on me at all, it actually gets more luminous as I wear it, even after 3 hours. But like you, I’ve heard it’s very dry on other people 🤷🏼♀️ Also if ever you get a chance to do a video on your fave makeup brushes (synthetic & natural), I’d love to know which brushes you recommend for different applications or or products,…like a favorite foundation brush, bronzer brush, powder, etc :) Really appreciate your experience and your authenticity ☺️
The bronzer shade is amazing on you and it blended beautifully. I looked on their website and couldn’t find under the product description, but I wonder if the pan is removable? There may not be a pin hole in the compact but with a magnet it may be removable for placement in a z-palette or something. Seems like that is sometimes the case when pans are loose in a compact.
I really want the 10 blush from Armani. Nordstrom is having 15% off right now of Tom Ford, Dior, Armani, Nars, and Mac. I picked up 50 and 60 of the Armani Neo nude cream blushes and they had 45 and one other brick red one I think in stock. Also, Ulta is having $10 off when you spend $40 including prestige brands. Plus if you have points, you can also use them which Sephora does not allow. I bought the Intense Rosewood Lip Maximiser to see if I would like it.
I passed on the foundation. It really didn’t interest me. I haven’t purchased any of the Armani blushes yet. I have the cream to powder ones and really enjoy them so not in a rush to try the new ones. But I will. Great review. Thank you
I have dry skin and fine lines too. And apparently larger pores now that I’m in my mid thirties. Have you had a chance to wear the Guerlain foundation for a longer period of time? I’ve only had a chance to wear it once so far and it looked better as the day went on and my T zone got a little oily. I still wasn’t too impressed though. I’m tired of trying foundations and them just sitting in a drawer because they don’t work well for me. Guerlain says it’s meant to work for dry and normal skin so I was surprised at how matte it looked. I’m also trying the La Mer Soft Fluid foundation but again, have only worn it once so far and it didn’t wow me either-which for the price I want “wow”. I’m going to add the Makeup Forever 24hr one you mentioned to my loves list. I really liked one MUFE made like 8yrs ago but they reformulated it and the shades changed, etc. I just want to find ONE foundation that makes my dryer, aging skin look better. Is that so much to ask? 😂😂😂
Hi Jennifer, I am 60 yrs old and I never were NARS therefore I never used that blush. :) So, there are people like me out there that are not familiar with that shade blush.
The alcohol content of the guerlain foundation made my dry parts look really dry by the end of the day and my t-zone looked really oily within a couple of hours. I guess the alcohol dried my skin to the point that it thought it should produce more oil 🤷🏻♀️ Looks very nice from a distance, but up close it looked bad by the end of the day. I was disappointed because it gets such good reviews, but for a higher end foundation, I don’t want to have to “make it work”
Hello, I think that for foundation one useful descriptor would also be just how skin like they are in daylight... or how much they look like a young person's skin if that makes sense?
Did I detect a taste of "Salty Saturday" in this vid 😉😅😅. I scooted off, mid vid, to see if I could find shade 11 - I was shocked ... these blushers are a bit thin on the ground in the UK. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get it, but I'll keep looking periodically. The Sioris "Time is Running Out" mist is wonderful for spritzing on top of my makeup if my skin feels dry/tight. It's an oil and water mix that, somehow doesn't break the makeup down, and works like magic. Love ya loads 🩷💜🩷💜🩷
I am safe, I am not into any of those :D. The other day I was thinking of you and rosacea: have you ever tried azelaic acid for it? I didn't have any good result when I got an azelaic acid booster from Paula's Choice (admittedly I didn't use it long enough, but I don't like that it also has other acids in it) but lately got a cream from the pharmacy that is 20% azelaic acid and got results after just one application. So it's a medical cream, maybe that's where the difference lays. Obviosuly, my rosacea didn't disappear after just one application, but it got better and has been improving ever since.
Hi Jenn, if you want the no. 10, Armani blush, which I highly recommend, I can ship one too you from Canada if you're interested. It is a nice rosey nude more brownish then rosey though.Thx. J.
@@Allfeisty Absolutely! I really hope they do. At Sephora Canada we only have 5 blushes. We don't have no. 30 which I believe is offbeat nor the brighter cooler tone pink one. It's sooo strange. I picked up 10, 40 & 50. I really like them all. J.

shade 52 is stunning! I’ve been into wearing the really pretty pink colors recently & I love it ! 💗

I too was afraid of that similarity but the Armani one is more luminous and I much prefer it from the orgasm 😊
Ohh I love the look of the light not actually rosy bronzer 😂😊 need to check it out
The blush is beautiful on you. Would like to see more of the Armani blush as I am now curious.
On camera you look gorgeous in these colors. Just perfection. Thanks for the review.💚

I tried the 50 Armani blush and I’m in love it’s a blush and highlighter in one great review Jennifer 💕

I have mature, normal skin and and am really enjoying the Guerlain foundation. Have not experienced any oxidation.

Kate, have you tried the Gucci blushes?
@@kateaye3506 Yes, I have some of the Gucci blushes & I really like them.

Have you tried the CT compact powder ? It’s the only setting powder that works for me

Is the Anisa brush your favorite?
Do you like it more than the Sonia G Fusion and the BK Beauty 101?
Yes. the Anisa brush is the one I reach for.

I have the MAC Radiant light rosy and it’s beautiful and indeed rosy, nothing like the matte one, that’s so odd!
I was wondering about that. Maybe I’ll buy that radiant one to compare!
People with dry skin love this foundation...its not really a mat ..its more. Natural
I just bought the foundation. What foundation brush are you using to apply the Guerlain Terracotta foundation?
I use the Anisa foundation brush. It’s my favorite
I love the Charlotte highlighter . But I returned mine because it rattles and shakes . Very cheap feeling . I was bummed .
New Gucci mini palettes not at Sephora yet
The Gucci palette looks like Chanel's Warm Memories.
Love the GUCCI blushes however the Armani wins first place ,) by a hair lmao
Is the shimmer in Armani 50 finer than the shimmer in Nars?
In my opinion, yes.
