I have my 2nd round of interviews at Ideagen tomorrow. Hope to get this job! I watch your videos every day to grow as a professional, and you inspire me with your experience! Thank you!
Thanks Trent, I needed this. I made it past the first recruiting interview and now I have the second interview with the Sales Manager at a decent sized Tech company on Thursday. There are only 3 of us left out of 150 applicants. I’m nervous man, I always blank out like an idiot in interviews for some reason but I’ve been pounding out interview questions and answers and trying my best to prepare for it. Kinda sucks, you can have all the qualifications in the world but it eventually just comes down to if the interviewer likes you or not.
For the question about you achieving a goal does it have to be sales related cause I’ve made big sales at my dads electronic and tools shops which is one of the fastest growing shops in my states but in my honest opinion my favorite accomplishment was when I weighed 335-340 pounds as football player and I had wrestling coming up in 2 months I remember friends teammates teachers all saying it wasn’t possible for me to lose 65-70 pounds in the time span and the only person who knew I could do it was myself and my coach, so i started working out 6 days a week for 3 hours a hour of intense cardio and 2hours of lifting and stretching I did that regimen for 2 months straight ended going from 335 to 275 pounds and everyone was shocked then before school ended I ended up going down from 275 to 250 and now I’m currently 6’3 225 pounds in shape and feel great
You know which company is a nightmare to apply to? Salesforce - freaking hellish interviews only to get rejected by the vp - insane culture and 4 days in the office. No thank you. Great video btw, u can apply those tips everywhere
