Culture, but its like, hey do I want this dude in our energy every day... does he mesh with our synergy and vibe?... yea yea i know u sold 2 million and u have done...u ready to hit the damn phones heavy til u cant hit em no moe?..... Im about to re-watch again... I need this Now...I might have go ahead and get some coaching... Needed this boost, thank you. Have gotten to final round at 3 amazing companies that ended up not moving forward. Going to apply this to my messaging and interviews and see how it goes

So ask good specific questions , dont be a know it all , be coachable , have a chill attitude , don't take yourself too serious , have a good vibe to get along with people , give examples with a story . Hmmm did I miss anything ?

My question is what would be a compelling answer to the question of why I want to go in to Tech Sales?
My first thought is to say that I believe in the company’s product/service. I’m impressed by their business model and how they have impacted the industry. I also desire to add value to a company and in turn be rewarded for my efforts.
Would love to know your thoughts!

If they are asking why you want to go into tech sales, don't worry about the companies product or service. Focus on how you want to move into a commission based role that rewards you for performance and talk about something in your background where you had to compete. You could also mention that your current role/career track is predictable and you want to bet on yourself

Can anyone say or do anything right during an interview with you?

More specifically what do you mean? Of course people can do things right but there are tons of ways they can do that.
Keep me posted and I can provide some examples. Thanks

Thanks for the video! I have a question regarding your take on the peer interview stage. you recommend not asking serious questions and keeping it somewhat chill, but the example you use as too serious of a question is, “ tell me about the day in a life, etc.”
I would personally have thought that this is not a serious question at all, and almost too surface level and does not show much curiosity.
I’d love to hear more of your thoughts on this as I have a peer interview soon.
