We usually make sausage and cabbage in a skillet on the stove...no more I say lol. I am going to making this very soon like you did, bacon included. I will mention you in the video and will also link your video in my description. I have never thought about doing this on the Blackstone but thanks you and the addition of bacon it will be done. I hope your food truck is doing well my friend 🙂
Tried a recipe very similar to this once, except it called for shrimp & scallops added in also. It was delicious. Yours looks good to me also, without the added seafood cost.
Looks amazing! Been a while since I've had that, I'm gonna have to fire up my Blackstone and make some myself.I like to add bell peppers and Slap yo Mama Cajun seasoning. and a bit of butter post cook to give a little richness to mine.
This is very good, I have not tried this on the griddle, thanks for the idea and the great recipe to make it happen. Can't wait to try it. Happy Easter to you and yours as well.
Sausage and the bacon looks delicious make me hungry
Appreciate that!!
Awesome looking meal

I love some Bell peppers in mine too, but never tried Slap yo Mama in it, gonna have to try that!
If you do try slap yo mama, a little goes a long way unless you want it real spicy.
Looks fantastic with or without peppers👍😊
It tasted great too! thanks for all your support Bobbi!
