- Today is a first for us. We're going to Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill at Disney Springs for dinner. The location is a little off the beaten path as far as Disney Springs is concerned and the reservations are not hard to come by, but what we found surprised us. Enjoy!

I have been several times to Wolfgang Puck and have never left disappointed!
One of our favs. We'll be There in a few days and always include in our dining plans. The chop is always superbly and uniquely prepared.
Wolfgang always does an excellent job with his restaurants. We love them all!
That carrot cake is my FAVORITE dessert on property. We really liked eating here and it was one of our surprises of the trip because there were so many people that didn't seem to like it. Try the potato chips with blue cheese. I am not a fan of blue cheese and this was fantastic!

I really miss Wolfgang Puck Express. It was convenient to Saratoga, affordable, had something on the menu for everyone, consistently good, and there were always table available.

This wolf gang restaurant is in line with the other ones it was great but if you were at the others it’s mainly the same . Miss Wolf gang express best quick service ever loved it .
Hi Dan and Leslie!! Thanks to this honest and enthusiastic review, Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill just moved to the top of our DS dining list!! Had the opportunity to dine at his restaurant in L.A. and the food was delicious!! Will be looking for an ADR now!!
I went here last summer and they made me an amazing vegan dish!!

My favorite Disney Springs restaurant! I feel like it's a hidden gem that doesn't get enough credit. It's the first place we always go to the day we arrive.

So glad you got the Smoked Salmon pizza! That is Wolfgang Puck's signature dish. I've had it at Spago and Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill and have always loved that dish!

Glad you enjoyed it! We visit his Vegas and LA restaurants an are always pleased! Yes, the Salmon Pizza is one of his signature dishes. The back story on how he came up with it at Spago, was that Joan Collins came on and ordered he favorite smoked salmon, and he ran out of the brioche that it’s normally served on and improvised with a pizza crust. His other signature dish is the Chinos Chicken Salad..the original and it is wonderful. Try it next time. Thanks for making create content!

So glad you enjoyed it! We had a Wolfgang Puck Pizza Kitchen in Greensboro that was never booked up, and I never understood why. The salmon pizza and truffle mushroom pizza were delish!

It's fun to see you guys try a place I've been to many times! Wolfgang Puck's in Disney Springs is my go-to restaurant for taking elderly mid-western relatives out to eat, most recently just a few months ago. My relatives typically have no experience eating anywhere fancier than an Olive Garden and get very confused and tetchy when confronted with a modern menu. Wolfgang's menu, though, has a wide variety of familiar dishes that don't scare them, and I get to enjoy the above-average execution. There's something for everyone. That being said, the service and food quality is variable. I've been there and had a similar experience to yours, and other times we've had servers who were gone for 45 minutes at a time, and the food was mediocre. One time I brought someone with some fairly severe medical dietary restrictions, and the chef was so nice and accommodating, modifying a dish so she could enjoy a nice meal with everyone else. Your mixed drink experience is also similar to mine, so after several disappointing attempts, I now just stick with something their bartenders can pour out of a bottle or tap. Their beer and wine selections are fairly limited, though, that's definitely the weakest part of the experience.

Will definitely put Wolfgang on our list for our September trip! Dan, do you have a video of your top 5 or 10 recs for an old fashioned on Disney property? That is my husband's drink of choice and we always think it's fun to follow someone else's recommendations and make comparisons to our own favs!

Loving your reviews - but where is the best old fashioned in Disney Springs? We're doing a Universal holiday, but will be doing a day or two at Disney springs - and I've never had an old fashioned (doesn't seem to have been very popular here in the UK), and I need to try one!
Several good ones, but probably the most consistent would be at Wine Bar George. My favorite take on an old fashioned is the one at Raglan Road
