And to have such amazing neighbors that helped you with your home build. I have kids your age so it’s been like watching my kids life and what your dreams were and now what you have built. That bedroom! The view, the serenity, the calm. Its everything. Elsa, I can picture you doing yoga on the roof come spring. I truly love the house. Can't wait to see the rest of its development. Oh, and when the shower unit is installed? 30 minute showers or until the hot water runs out. Don't tell me you won't be doing that 😊.
Even better an “hour shower” (a mythical ritual I’ve never been able to accomplish - to be fair I have a special shower designed for people with dementia, that automatically shuts off after 20 minutes and I’ve only once had that happen, it feels so wasteful having it run that long, I can’t enjoy it!).

Living without is the mother of gratefulness. Reminds me of me getting my first apartment. I slept on the floor in my sleeping bag for a week. It did not matter because it was "my" new place. I have also worked on my cars in my freezing cold winter garage on the freezing cold floor for years (decades actually). After I finally installed a LP furnace in the garage, I told my wife that, "I feel so spoiled" with a heated garage. I have been thinking about this concept of living without and gratefulness and finally came up with a phrase for it, "Living without is the mother of gratefulness". This is also a way to raise grateful and appreciative children; don't give them everything.

It is visible that you are exuberantly happy. And i think that you don`t need any pictures in your HOUSE. The view is so indescribable. It is breathtaking. I laughed when you put your clothes into your new wardrobe and mentioned that you want to control your clothes with the space you have - but this is only the space for your winter clothes.
