Majin Vegeta was one of the best things to come out of DBZ. And the arc should've ended with his sacrifice.
Is this the kai dialouge... Because it sounds so bad compared to the other one
I never understood why people wanted to end the Buu/Boo arc from Vegeta's sacrifice. A badass moment sure, but if Buu dies there Dragon Ball most likely would have ended.
@@lsedanolg It's the Kai dialouge from when Majin Vegeta was beating the shit out of Goku while yell that he's sick of being behind him in power... plus DBZ Kai's dialouge is more accurate to the manga's dialouge and the English voice acting in Kai is way better then the older dubs
@@firstrateduelist4377 Not necessarily an unwanted idea. A lot of people dish around their favourite peaks of DB. Goku turning super saiyan. Gohan defeating Cell. So on, so forth.
@@firstrateduelist4377 please, its dragonball. There are many options to run on. Vegeta should have gotten the win on this one. It would have told a much better story. A few cases it should have been Vegita to win it by merit alone.

No. That line is cringe. Why? Because Buu looks at his hands after Vegeta says that. The orginal (superior) Japanese had Vegeta saying he will make it so Buu cannot restore himself by blowing him into tiny pieces. That's why Buu looks at himself, because Vegeta said he would blow him to tiny bits. The cringe-dub makes no sense here based on the physical reaction of Buu in the scene.
I hate that they replaced that line in Kai... Like, I get it that it's a better dub, but shit like that makes me cling on to the original even moreso, you know?

Holy shit I remember hearing the OG version of this song a long time ago, what a perfect recreation/remake! Is this song originally from the Japanese dub? Bruce Falconer did so good with the American OST but OG DB/DBZ tracks like this will evoke so much more emotion in me. And as time goes on the more and more they are forgotten as re-releases tend to use the english Kai soundtrack (don't get me started on that one lmao) or the Falconer English dub track.

Plotwise, the Bojack movie is pretty inept, as most DBZ movies are. However, the scene just before this track plays will always be the most touching in DBZ history for me - Goku overcoming the boundaries between life and death to help his son. There is so much truth about a father's love it in that scene! Thankfully, my father is still alive and I know he feels the same love for me that allowed Goku to save Gohan (who I never liked beyond being Goku's son, btw).

July 29th, 2017-August 5th, 2017…i never actually watched it when it came out but i did later and it was amazing to me. August 24th, 1994, to give a perspective, i wasn’t born until June 11th that year, November 13, 2001, that year was full of so many memories, 8 mile/lose yourself, SA1/2, Pokemon Gen 3, and the premiere of that episode on cartoon network. To give a perspective on that, i turned 7 just about 4-5 months before that, and was just starting to finish the first half of First Grade, kids at my school were talking about everything related to cartoon network, even if I didn’t get to talk with them, so when i hear that song, i remember feeling dbz had ended as i never got to finish watching the whole series until i got access to my own 📱 which was around middle school. Even then, it wouldnt be til high school that i would get to watch anime and other stuff like video game content. So thanks for the memories man…🥲
I love this version, although I don't think it captures the sadness of the original and I actually kind of like that. It's like a version of the melody that would be a battle theme for some character, and then the original would be a somber version playing as they die
