  • Red Chicken Curry with Chili Paste ( Nam Prik Pao ) In Thailand called Pad Prik Gaeng Nam Prik Pao.
    Spicy and delicious with the taste of Kaffir Lime Leaves and fresh sweet Basil.
    - what we need (for 3-4 people)
    - 400 - 500gr. Chicken Tighs
    - 2-3 Tbsp. Red Curry Paste
    - 2 Tsp. Chili Paste
    - 10-12 Kaffir Lime Leaves
    - 150 - 200gr. long Thai Beans
    - 1 bunch Sweet Basil
    - 2 big Chili Peppers
    - 2-3 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
    - 1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
    - 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
    - 1 Tsp. Palm Sugar
    - about 100ml Chicken Stock (if you like more sauce use more)
    - some Coconut Cooking Oil
