The timing is awesome. Just put my console back in my project 97 and my lock was stuck! WD40 and small jeweler's screwdriver saved the day!

Great video, Steve! One annoying thing about TDSR was the poor aftermarket center console - the lock was busted and you couldn’t tumble the rear seat, just like you said. Further down in the to do list was to try to get a factory console. Nice to see you get one for JJ!

Great video as always, your content for these Jeeps are spot on to what a lot of us are facing with them aging every year. My console is doing something like that to tell you the truth I really have dug into it, I know it doesnt lock. But this video here inspired me to at least address it and possibly be able to fix whatever is going on with it. Thanks again!

Update on my lock I was looking at it today and had found that the locking arm that locks it to the console was broken, so I found one on ebay the lock housing with a locking arm. $43 crazy. Buti been it.
