2. Movable property (of victim)
3. Without consent
4. With dishonest intention
5. Move the property (by accused)
IPC Section 378: Defines the theft
IPC section 379: Defines the punishment
*NOTE: * FIR must be under IPC section 379 (not under 378)

हमारे यहाँ तो चोरी की FIR लिखी ही नही जाती केवल एक रजिस्टर मैं लिख लेते है, ओर कभी नही ढूढते । हम तो मानकर चलते है कि कुछ चोरी हुआ है तो कभी वापस नही मिलेगी।

sir , mere gaon(village) me ek problem hai . or wo problem ye hai ki yaha .Kisi ka naam agar ek baar thane me chala gaya to police roj (har ek case me usi ka naam daal deti hai) or torchor karti hai . Paise ka demand karti hai . Or Agar koi police ke khilaff complain daalta hai to usko to aur paresaan karti hai . Iska koi nivaran hai kya .
