Michelin Star New Sichuan Cuisine, Mind Blowing Sichuan Peppercorn Feast - Silver Pot

- In this video, I visited another Michelin One Star Chinese restaurant in Chengdu, China.
Silver Pot (银锅), located in the new Financial City of Chengdu, serves New Sichuan cuisine in a finely curated tasting menu. It received a Black Pearl One Diamond award (China's answer to the Michelin Guide) in addition to the Michelin One Star. The choice of ingredients Is very considerate, and its sourcing and usage of Sichuan peppercorn blew my mind. It's safe to say I've never had instances of those particular ingredients this potent and refined. The meal was an engrossing experience.

It really wouldnt fly in Europe to go to a michelin star and get half a hen, period, and be told to go to town
It's pretty impressive how easily you switch between English and Chinese/Mandarin(?).
Yes 😂 it's Chinese/Mandarin but here in Chengdu most people speak southwestern Mandarian/Sichuanese which are not hugely different from one another but one still needs time to get used to.
To be honest, michelin star restaurant in china usually sucks and doesn't really represent authentic chinese cuisine.

I wonder how to gets his money for all these elaborate travels and meals. he doesn't have the views to support it. Maybe rich parents
or maybe he worked his ass off behind the scene and upload vids whenever he likes
