good to find another UK motovlogger! quality is on point about to check your channel now 👊 a common cause of lower back pain if you spend a lot of time seated (at a desk for work or driving / riding etc is your glutes not firing - they support your lower back, when your seated they are constantly stretched so not working. This causes your lower back to arch, your abs to lengthen, maybe tight hamstrings and will cause a anterior pelvic tilt: Do glute activation exercises 3/4 times a week with core stability work and stretch 3 times a week just some light flexibilty or mobility yoga like 15/20 mins. But i just seen the date is jun 13th on this video so you probably already know the actual reason and that was a waste of me typing all that hahaha anyway GOOD VIDEO

Nice one! Yep totally with you on all that advice I currently incorporate stretching daily mainly focused around my hamstrings actually. Has helped massively. Hit you up with a sub 👊🏼

Sup dude 👍🏻 funny you mentioned your front pads mate i had exactly the same recall from Aprilia last year. I actually had the V3 Supercorsas fitted March this year as ive been riding on Supercorsas the last 6 years and absolutely love them especially for the kinda riding me and my buddies get upto fast road riding ive absolutely no strips on either side of mine there such a great tyre so much grip very confidence inspiring imo. Hopefully we can sort something out in the next few weeks that me and a couple of boy’s head you’re ends and you can show us some of your roads mate. 👍🏻

Hey welcome to lower back pain as ya get older. I had to get a Street triple too cause I couldn't handle the sport bike position.
Don't discount doing stretches for your lower back. Legs, too cause it's all connected. Hamstrings, all that shit. I do a yoga routine most days that's targeted at your back. Also a foam roller can do wonders to untighten everything.
And I'm sure your physiotherapy has told you but work on core exercises like planks and dead bug.

    • @BikesofRye
