Just had to comment. This guy is a genius and I'm blown away by his artistic vision and it's practical application. The recycled materials being put to good use instead of a landfill is wonderful. Thanks Cass for the detailed explanation of how everything was built. Emma no doubt was a valuable support as well.
Ten years ago after working second shift I would drive around on that city garbage days and find so munch at the curb...... I told myself I bet I could build a full size home with all the material....don't have the skill that Cass has so I never follow thru on it. As you can see that he made a one of a kind tiny home. Congrats.
You are reminding me of Deek Diedrickson, a very creative guy who does that a lot, and either refurbishes/resells or creates art or buildings with his finds. You may get a kick out of his channel if you don't know him yet. ruclips.net/user/relaxshacksDOTcomplaylists
Probably the most impressive tiny home self-build I've seen to date. So much thought, creativity and awe-inspiring attention to detail, repurposing and reusing! Simply fabulous.
I have watched literally hundreds and hundreds of these videos. This is, hands down, the absolute most amazing tiny house, bus conversion, or anything of the sort. This place is magical! (I bet fairies live there too!) I'm sure that no matter often one visits there will always a new detail that is so unique a person will wonder how they overlooked it before. Excellent job. Your passion for what you do is awe inspiring.
Cass displays both ingenuity with a dash of rugged individualism. These traits go back a long way, so it's great to see they are alive and well. This th exudes comfort and cozy from every aspect. I'd love to see this movement to 'smaller is better' continue to grow. The McMansion era was just so grotesque. Tiny Homes rock! 🏞🏡🌄👍
Not only the most interesting and beautiful build, but well thought out in terms of long term use (waterproofing of the shower, cleaning etc), and using recycled materials.
Quite impressive that the chassis was created with your hands. Building it with reclaimed materials gives it that retro, hippy look from the 60s. Quite a piece of art
OMG his ability to recycle? What an extraordinary gifted human being. He's truly so innovative and stands for how people SHOULD think - someone's junk another man's treasure. Living proof.
I am awe struck!!! The talent and skill required to build this gorgeous house is amazing. That young man should get the Tiny House award for the most original and whimsical house ever. Wow!!!! Well done.
I have to say that of all the tiny house I have ever seen ( I think I have seen them all 😉) this is the one . This house is so beautiful and so practical and most important NO creepy loft. Absolutely stunning 🤩
Wow, typically, when going through architectural features, they (say Kevin McLeod) talk about "moments" and little stories here an there. This is an autobiography!
Cass you are a genius and an amazing person! What a beautiful and functional piece of livable art! People, please take some time to show love and appreciation for these two wonderful humans!
Magical. The entire house made me smile. I loved the surprises - like the master bedroom door hardware with it's notch out in the wall to fit. And the ladders that I thought were just art but offered accessibility. Even the storage loft has a beautiful ceiling. Thank you for sharing this wonderful magical home.
So much effort and time put in to create this magical dwelling. All the vintage metal work, wood work, and accessories create the uniqueness. He should be proud of this successful piece of art. Have never seen anything like it.
I'm awestruck. This fellow is so creative, knowledgeable, and hardworking; the patience and perseverance for this labor of love is to be admired. Lol, talk about living inside your head! Beautiful and eclectic, a piece of art in its own right. I wish the arstsy group my Dad knew around here in Albuquerque could've seen this place. I knew his one good friend was a metal sculptor, he would have been floored! Thanks for sharing this little treasure with us 💛
First you two are a super cute couple! I'd love to see how you'd design a wedding! This home is a true work of genius and fine art - a master's painting! It truely stuns me to think of how your mind must work: interior design, exterior design, imagination and follow through on creating it, color and art, electrical and mechanical, architectural eye! The list goes on and on! You have major talent! Thank you for showing us your masterful piece of artwork! The best part - it can never be copied!!
I LOVE this place! This is the tiny house I have been looking for. Best use of space! And it is unique rather than cookie cutter. Cass, this beyond the WOW factor. You have an outstanding design intelligence and creativity. Thank you! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I think this is my favorite tiny house so far that I've seen not only for the Ingenuity and for so much use of recycled products but also I was struck by when she said this home reflects him so much! Once you go through all of this it tells you everything about this man what he is how he lives and I think this is just so impressive! This was the first tiny home video I actually shared with people because I was so impressed with it
I wouldn’t miss ANY of your videos! The music matched the whimsy of the house perfectly, and the house was truly a work of art. I appreciated that he made it very clear that this took three years and that he collected things along the way and learned skills as he went. Can’t wait to see what you have for us next!
Your house is absolutely magical. Everything about it tells YOUR story. This is without a doubt the most unique, creative, artistic & functional & comfortable tiny home. It's so reflective of your personality. This is exactly the kind of home, I love; nothing cookie cutter, with the reduce, reuse, recycle philosophy. It's is critical towards reducing the amount of excess consumerism & leaving as minimal carbon footprints as possible. Those stairs - all 3 sets are genius! Plenty of storage for full time living unlike many others. Love the enamel sink, the gas stove & refrigerator, & exhaust fan. There's a real difference in both the craftsmanship & quality of products made many decades ago. I prefer those to today's overpriced digital appliances which are constantly needing repair due to computer chips & overall poor quality. The stainless steel shower is fantastic & because it's steel, won't develop mold. Your welding reminds me of my former partner who used old bed frames & his arc welder to make so many projects, including a trailer to carry our motorcycle on the back of our RV. He welded long dining tables using those frames & sheets of stainless steel before he died. Congratulations on this magnificent gem. Wishing you both many years of happiness & fulfillment in your home.
I love everything except for the metal "stairs". Cool to look at but not for needing to get up and down on the reg. So many neat touches and interesting things to look at. What a fantastic job this young man did. So much uniqueness and character. I'll take this any day over a white box.
The saying "Method to his madness" comes to mind. It is one of the most beautiful, functional, cosy, environmentally repurposed spaces I've ever seen. So much thought put into it. WELL DONE Cass !
…imo once you start “seeing” objects with new eyes, your creativity just builds/evolves…in my case my creative ideas came as I strived for minimalism without money to spend…this lovely home has so much character/functionality based on building skills and using cherished objects-taking the time to “do it right”…so much respect for a very talented couple…
I love this tiny house so much, it is by far the best I have seen! I love how unique that it is. Everything looks very nice, but really functional. I really like how the master bedroom is raised, but has real steps and you can stand up in it. I can't say enough great things about it, I just love it. Thank you for sharing such a great tour of it!!!❤😍🏠
A very creative tiny home! Love everything about it, from the Hobbit door, sculptural ladders, to all the bits and bobs you collected and recycled as well as handbuilt/forged. Jenny
Wow, you just keep finding the coolest house to share! This guy is so creative and just a genius! I love all the thoughtfulness they put into this home.. There are too many things to list all that I love about this home. Great job! LOVE it!
Been watching tiny house videos since Tiny House blog was the center of all things tiny, and this to me, this is one of the best~ Seriously awesome. Thanks, Jenna for posting.
This young man is brilliant. If there was a tiny home contest he would win. The hobbit door entrance is a touch of genius and creativity all in one. this is luxury pure and simple.
This is one house I truly love. I grew up in a house with a chair exactly like the velvet one and I love it. All the tiny personal touches make this place a very special home.
My favorite Tiny Home of all the ones I've seen. He has done an Amazing job on it. May you live in this beautiful Tiny Home for a very long time. Dreams do come true. ❤❤❤
Love getting a glimpse into a detailed, creative mind via the manifested creations. You can see that it was a labor of love for him. It is certainly a lovely home. Well done. 👍
This is definitely awestruck level work! It’s beautiful, cozy and so charming. The couple is adorable and this guy should be doing Ted talks or training...such great presentation! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽💛
What a fabulous and well thought out build! Congratulations to you both on such a lovely and intimate home. I liked the metal hand that is the toilet paper holder. Wishing you both many years of happiness in your home.
I love it. Magnificent. Untold hours of hard labor. The details are fantastic, this man created his dream. I wish them both a very happy life. Just to watch this gives you warm fuzzies. Creativity at its finest. Bedroom doors open to hear the birds chirp. that is exactly how our life is supposed to be...I maybe a hopeful romantic but I think this tiny house is fabulous.
I don't usually make comments about the tiny homes, but I was so impressed & awed with Cass's cool ideas, designs, abilities, work ethics & presentation that I couldn't take my eyes off this video. I didn't want to miss a thing, lol. Thanks, Cass, for keeping my interest piqued. You have a knack for unique ideas & a natural way with words, & could seriously make your living building awesome tiny homes. Kudos for a job well done on your tiny home, Cass & Emma! Enjoy it!
I love this quirky, cozy tiny house! The hobbit doors are so cool and 3 doors and decks make it not so confinning! Definitely one of the more creative and comfy tiny homes I've seen. 👍
This is the only tiny house I've ever seen I might could like. Not enough to want to live in it permanently but if you can stand smaller spaces, he did a great job. I love all his special touches and handmade, practical things and repurposed things. It screams quality. Like the ladders. I couldn't climb one now but his were neat. Good job, young man. Just remember to prepare for the day when you age into a senior and can't crawl, climb and wiggle through some of that. Your knees will be busted, your hips rusty, you gain weight, you lose muscle mass in your upper body so you just can't climb the ladders, wiggle into a bed, crawl around on your hands and knees, etc. You want to be sure you are saving money for the day when you can build, or buy, a home for your senior needs. Don't ever say it won't happen to you because, if we live long enough, it happens to all of us. You will need a space that is one story with no stairs. Where you can easily get in and out of bed. Where someone can help you to the commode or the shower for your necessary and daily needs. Where you can walk from one end of the house to the other. I doubt I could easily get to your bedroom as it is now. I'm heavy and have such pain and stiffness and I'm only 62. My point is, don't think of this beautiful tiny home as your forever home. As great as it is, it won't age well with you as a senior so be preparing.
I am awe struck at how beautiful this tiny home is. He did a phenomenal job. Would you build me one? I wish I was young again and could do something like this.
One of the neatest storybook/hobbit habitats I’ve seen. How does a young man become that brilliant and skilled and artistic at the same time? I’ve known people like that but they sometimes don’t follow through and tinker their lives away. This guy finishes! And she just goes along and enjoys the lifestyle. What a fun couple.
This young man is so creative! So much thought has gone into every square inch of space in this little home. It’s so cute! My favorite part is the front doors. They add so much character, both inside and out.
You are an artistic prodigy~ I am 76, and do fine art...All my grandchildren, great-grandchildren and children, I have drawn or painted...That is why I appreciate your God given talent....Sure it takes a lot of work but you certainly became the brush in the ARTIST HAND!!! BRAVO!
This is not a tiny house, this is a work of art 💙
Very true
Absolutely!
Totally!
arent they all, though❓ this one qualifies as a fairy tale for sure.
Just had to comment. This guy is a genius and I'm blown away by his artistic vision and it's practical application. The recycled materials being put to good use instead of a landfill is wonderful. Thanks Cass for the detailed explanation of how everything was built. Emma no doubt was a valuable support as well.
Agree!
Great comment! Couldn't have said it better!

This was amazing this young man is completely talented when it comes to reshaping and reusing materials loved this video thank you so much
Agreed !! Really a delight to explore, along with his narration. I'd LOVE to see this one in person - so much to appreciate!

UNBELIEVABLE!!!! SUCH A TALENT & SKILLS I WISH I HAD!!!!
Tiny houses like this one is exactly the reason why I LOVE this channel so much !
What an incredible unique home, he should be very proud of himself. I love the fact that he has used so much recycled pieces....truly inspirational

Tiny Homes rock! 🏞🏡🌄👍
Love the hobbit door, spiral steps, you have everything you love in there. Gorgeous👌🙏🥰
I thought that I was the only one to notice the Hobbit door. I love it. It really sets the atmosphere for the place. It is truly gorgeous inside.
Me too......he must feel such an amazing sense of achievement 👏.....talent like his is amazing
Because a maker’s gotta make!!! A true artist needs to create the same way other people need to drink water, and he’s a true artist!
Not only the most interesting and beautiful build, but well thought out in terms of long term use (waterproofing of the shower, cleaning etc), and using recycled materials.
Beautiful
Beautiful 😍
If someone gave this guy a million bucks, imagine what he could create. This creation alone is incredible! What a true artist and engineer.
Quite impressive that the chassis was created with your hands. Building it with reclaimed materials gives it that retro, hippy look from the 60s. Quite a piece of art
Hello Cali how are you doing!!
OMG his ability to recycle? What an extraordinary gifted human being. He's truly so innovative and stands for how people SHOULD think - someone's junk another man's treasure. Living proof.
Great job you two! We’re over 60 and all of our lives we’ve built recycled and reused all the way and we’re both artists. Keep up the good work!👍❤️
Sounds like a life well spent ❤️
Best answer ever, '' Because I wanted to''. Great home, talented builder.
I am awe struck!!! The talent and skill required to build this gorgeous house is amazing. That young man should get the Tiny House award for the most original and whimsical house ever. Wow!!!! Well done.
This house has so much personality. I couldn't stop smiling. 🥰🤩
One of the most magical tiny houses I have ever seen… he’s very talented
she found herself a gem in that man. You rarely find these type of handyman in the young generation these days.
This is adorable tiny house. He put alot of love into it
2023 I have seen enough tiny homes but I want to believe this takes the 🏆! Best house ever!
I have to say that of all the tiny house I have ever seen ( I think I have seen them all 😉) this is the one . This house is so beautiful and so practical and most important NO creepy loft. Absolutely stunning 🤩
He's so proud, rightfully so, of his work. Not too many people have the mechanical/building skills as well as an artistic bent. Genius.
Wow, typically, when going through architectural features, they (say Kevin McLeod) talk about "moments" and little stories here an there. This is an autobiography!
Using recycled materials and built using your own hands, it's a labor of love and a creative work of art. Well done!
All I can say is WOOOOW! GREAT UTILIZATION OF SPACE.
Hello Christine, how are you doing?

Agree completely.👏
super cool, he is lucky with that partner that just supports what others would call crazy
This was a stupid fun build. I love this young man’s taste, style, talent, simplicity and uniqueness. Great job bud.
To be so young, you are talented at building and what an imagination. That young lady better hang on to you.
Beautiful home, and his narration was very good
So much effort and time put in to create this magical dwelling. All the vintage metal work, wood work, and accessories create the uniqueness. He should be proud of this successful piece of art.
Have never seen anything like it.
I think this is my absolute favorite tiny house ever.
Agreed!❤
This is a great tiny house. He put in so much care for each detail!
It’s a beautiful home ❤️ That’s how a “home” should be - built with love and all that you love.

Bedroom doors open to hear the birds chirp. that is exactly how our life is supposed to be...I maybe a hopeful romantic but I think this tiny house is fabulous.
wow - just wow - so many creative ways for using old stuff and it is just plain gorgeous.

Hello dear, how are you doing?
Absolutely stunning in its details!!❤ that old farmhouse sink too. What a score for fifty dollars!!
Good answer: "Just because I wanted to". Beautiful work of art.
I love this quirky, cozy tiny house! The hobbit doors are so cool and 3 doors and decks make it not so confinning! Definitely one of the more creative and comfy tiny homes I've seen. 👍
It's nice to see that are still young people who have real life skills. Great job on your house!
This is so cool! Very quirky and interesting, yet completely functional. Love it! ♥
This guy is an INVENTOR and artisan!!! And an amateur engineer with an artist's eye.
Unique design, very nice - Great Job!!!
~Zing and a whoosh...magical & enchanting! Made more so by love, passion, preservation and nourishment of the soul!
Brilliant! I love how everything is so intentional and interesting.
On my next trip to Olympia I'm gifting this kid every bit of vintage iron I've collected. His use of these incredible antique items is an inspiration
This is totally different. We like the layout. Thanks Jenna for sharing their story.❤

Wow. That truly is a work of art - a lovingly-made work of art! I enjoyed every second of that tour, Jenna. Just... wow.
I absolutely love this tiny home and his presentation kept be watching all the through. He what he was talking about and they recycle.
I am awe struck at how beautiful this tiny home is. He did a phenomenal job. Would you build me one? I wish I was young again and could do something like this.
Hello Debbie, how are you doing?
Charming! And I live the copper "eyebrow" over the window on the left. Lots of creative use of materials.
I am in love with this House. Adorable and functional!
This is gorgeous - Well done - I am in awe, I could not do anything like this. Excellent job on the video also.
This young man is so creative! So much thought has gone into every square inch of space in this little home. It’s so cute! My favorite part is the front doors. They add so much character, both inside and out.
I just love the way this was built with different wood , metal and decorative touches from the past .. awesome job great work of art 😊

OMG ENUMCLAW! I lived on 400th near 212th street back in the 70’s
That was great! This is one of the most wonderful, unique, artful homes! Thank you for showing us this.
Hello Barbara how are you doing!!
What a cute quirky house.A small child would stay entertained discovering all the quirky spots and things about their home.👏👏👍👍
