- Cass spent almost 3 years (working on weekends and overnights) making this gorgeous tiny house from scratch. Practically everything inside is handmade or repurposed from recycled materials. Today, Cass and his girlfriend Emma live in the tiny house full time.

Just had to comment. This guy is a genius and I'm blown away by his artistic vision and it's practical application. The recycled materials being put to good use instead of a landfill is wonderful. Thanks Cass for the detailed explanation of how everything was built. Emma no doubt was a valuable support as well.

Probably the most impressive tiny home self-build I've seen to date. So much thought, creativity and awe-inspiring attention to detail, repurposing and reusing! Simply fabulous.
What an incredible unique home, he should be very proud of himself. I love the fact that he has used so much recycled pieces....truly inspirational
Ten years ago after working second shift I would drive around on that city garbage days and find so munch at the curb...... I told myself I bet I could build a full size home with all the material....don't have the skill that Cass has so I never follow thru on it. As you can see that he made a one of a kind tiny home. Not only the most interesting and beautiful build, but well thought out in terms of long term use (waterproofing of the shower, cleaning etc), and using recycled materials.

Quite impressive that the chassis was created with your hands. Building it with reclaimed materials gives it that retro, hippy look from the 60s. Quite a piece of art

I have watched literally hundreds and hundreds of these videos. This is, hands down, the absolute most amazing tiny house, bus conversion, or anything of the sort. This place is magical! (I bet fairies live there too!) I'm sure that no matter often one visits there will always a new detail that is so unique a person will wonder how they overlooked it before. Excellent job. Your passion for what you do is awe inspiring.

Magical. The entire house made me smile. I loved the surprises - like the master bedroom door hardware with it's notch out in the wall to fit. And the ladders that I thought were just art but offered accessibility. Even the storage loft has a beautiful ceiling. Thank you for sharing this wonderful magical home.

I have to say that of all the tiny house I have ever seen ( I think I have seen them all 😉) this is the one . This house is so beautiful and so practical and most important NO creepy loft. Absolutely stunning 🤩

Cass displays both ingenuity with a dash of rugged individualism. These traits go back a long way, so it's great to see they are alive and well. This th exudes comfort and cozy from every aspect. I'd love to see this movement to 'smaller is better' continue to grow. The McMansion era was just so grotesque.

I'm awestruck. This fellow is so creative, knowledgeable, and hardworking; the patience and perseverance for this labor of love is to be admired. Lol, talk about living inside your head! Beautiful and eclectic, a piece of art in its own right. I wish the arstsy group my Dad knew around here in Albuquerque could've seen this place. I knew his one good friend was a metal sculptor, he would have been floored!

I think this is my favorite tiny house so far that I've seen not only for the Ingenuity and for so much use of recycled products but also I was struck by when she said this home reflects him so much! Once you go through all of this it tells you everything about this man what he is how he lives and I think this is just so impressive! This was the first tiny home video I actually shared with people because I was so impressed with it

she found herself a gem in that man. You rarely find these type of handyman in the young generation these days.
I love everything except for the metal "stairs". Cool to look at but not for needing to get up and down on the reg. So many neat touches and interesting things to look at. What a fantastic job this young man did. So much uniqueness and character. I'll take this any day over a white box.

I love this tiny house so much, it is by far the best I have seen! I love how unique that it is. Everything looks very nice, but really functional. I really like how the master bedroom is raised, but has real steps and you can stand up in it. I can't say enough great things about it, I just love it. Thank you for sharing such a great tour of it!!!❤😍🏠

Cass should build custom tiny houses for a living. This has to be the best yet of the tiny homes.
Your house is absolutely magical. Everything about it tells YOUR story. This is without a doubt the most unique, creative, artistic & functional & comfortable tiny home. It's so reflective of your personality. This is exactly the kind of home, I love; nothing cookie cutter, with the reduce, reuse, recycle philosophy. It's is critical towards reducing the amount of excess consumerism & leaving as minimal carbon footprints as possible. Those stairs - all 3 sets are genius! Plenty of storage for full time living unlike many others. Love the enamel sink, the gas stove & refrigerator, & exhaust fan. There's a real difference in both the craftsmanship & quality of products made many decades ago. I prefer those to today's overpriced digital appliances which are constantly needing repair due to computer chips & overall poor quality.
The stainless steel shower is fantastic & because it's steel, won't develop mold.
Your welding reminds me of my former partner who used old bed frames & his arc welder to make so many projects, including a trailer to carry our motorcycle on the back of our RV. He welded long dining tables using those frames & sheets of stainless steel before he died. Congratulations on this magnificent gem. Wishing you both many years of happiness & fulfillment in your home.

This is the only tiny house I've ever seen I might could like. Not enough to want to live in it permanently but if you can stand smaller spaces, he did a great job. I love all his special touches and handmade, practical things and repurposed things. It screams quality. Like the ladders. I couldn't climb one now but his were neat. Good job, young man. Just remember to prepare for the day when you age into a senior and can't crawl, climb and wiggle through some of that. Your knees will be busted, your hips rusty, you gain weight, you lose muscle mass in your upper body so you just can't climb the ladders, wiggle into a bed, crawl around on your hands and knees, etc. You want to be sure you are saving money for the day when you can build, or buy, a home for your senior needs. Don't ever say it won't happen to you because, if we live long enough, it happens to all of us. You will need a space that is one story with no stairs. Where you can easily get in and out of bed. Where someone can help you to the commode or the shower for your necessary and daily needs. Where you can walk from one end of the house to the other. I doubt I could easily get to your bedroom as it is now. I'm heavy and have such pain and stiffness and I'm only 62. My point is, don't think of this beautiful tiny home as your forever home. As great as it is, it won't age well with you as a senior so be preparing.

One of the neatest storybook/hobbit habitats I’ve seen. How does a young man become that brilliant and skilled and artistic at the same time? I’ve known people like that but they sometimes don’t follow through and tinker their lives away. This guy finishes! And she just goes along and enjoys the lifestyle. What a fun couple.

This is one house I truly love. I grew up in a house with a chair exactly like the velvet one and I love it. All the tiny personal touches make this place a very special home.

I've probably watched hundreds of tiny home videos over the past few years and I have to sat that this is by far one of my favorites. I absolutely love the intricate details and fabricated reclaimed and recycled materials and finds to make beautiful creations. This tiny house is unique and cozy and I am very jealous. What an incredible work of art you get to call home.
I love it. Magnificent. Untold hours of hard labor. The details are fantastic, this man created his dream. I wish them both a very happy life. Just to watch this gives you warm fuzzies. Creativity at its finest. Bedroom doors open to hear the birds chirp. that is exactly how our life is supposed to be...I maybe a hopeful romantic but I think this tiny house is fabulous.
