There was a plan to close the loop between Stadion Raków to Raków Dworzec to make a ring. Extension to Parkitka was planned but currently is on hold as the most of founds was spent on very needed modernization in last year. Still this extension would be very usefull as it would connect one of heaviest developed part of the city with biggest hostpital to the fast communication system. Also a line to Kucelin is a residue of a big industrial zone from the Comunism times which is currently dead. The need of this line is currently being discussed, as the number of passengers is very low. It is true, that some new busineses are being open in the zone, but to handle them line should be extended further into the zone where old ironworks was functioning.

Cool video! I've been living in Częstochowa since I was born and I often ride the trams. As a resident, I can say that for a 5-minute film, you explained very interestingly and practically everything important about the trams in Częstochowa. There is no other film about this tram network on Polish RUclips, so I appreciate this film even more. Regarding the mentioned expansion of the network to the Parkitka district, there have been such plans since 2012 when line number 3 to Błeszno (Stadion Raków) was launched. However, due to a lack of sufficient funds, the project has not yet been realized. However, I have heard that in recent months the city has applied to the EU for funding for the construction of the line, and the project is supposed to be completed in 2028. Greetings from Poland.
