Brandy and Maxine its when you chop up the video to make it shorter....this way your vids wont get block.....
I do mj reactions from time to time and i had 5 vids block and got two strikes. ...this happen because mj was on a major label and i played the whole video...
To fix this your gonna need a editing software. ...
Long story short make sure you 5-10sec on a song then talk or use a jump cut method (skipped 15-20sec)
